Research On The Expansion Of Youth Basketball Competition System In The Post Decoupling Era

The transformation of the main social contradictions in our country,that is,the contradiction between the people's increasing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development,requires the acceleration of the process of reforming our sports system.The decoupling of sports industry associations from administrative agencies aims to create a "multiple contestants,multiple contestants,and multiple contest modes".It is a policy to meet the needs of people's fitness and leisure sports in an all-round way under the concept of "big society,small country" Guarantee.Basketball has a broad mass foundation,teamwork and other educational values,and is loved by teenagers.However,in view of the limitations of subjective and objective conditions such as human resources,material resources,financial resources,time,and space in the development of school sports in my country,the majority of young people have fewer opportunities to participate,and their interest in basketball is not satisfied.This article uses the literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics method,case analysis method and other methods to study the expansion of the youth basketball competition system in the post-decoupling era.Mainly involves the timing of the expansion of the competition system;why it should be expanded;how to expand;what to expand into;how to effectively implement the expanded competition system and other issues.The research starts with the competition system and explores the organization of youth basketball competitions based on the background of the post-decoupling era.On the one hand,it has theoretical research value,and on the other hand,it provides practical guidance for the effective development of youth basketball competitions by various stakeholders.The following conclusions are drawn through research:(1)The basketball competition system serves the needs of diversified participants,and relies on the coordination of diversified hosts to adapt to the operation of diversified competition modes.The demands of young people to participate in the competition,fitness,and making friends in basketball games call for multiple modes of running games to break through the limitations of the basketball competition system.Running a game is a prerequisite for participation.The policy guarantee of the three main parties of the sports,education and society to organize the competition,and the introduction and exploration of the coordination mechanism are the solid foundations for the implementation of the basketball competition system.(2)The sports system has a mature running system,a standardized running mode,and a rich and advanced basketball talent training system.Its main goal is to popularize basketball and select outstanding basketball reserve talents.Based on this,it can be expanded in terms of project settings,competition methods and registration methods.The China Basketball Association's "small basketball" development plan has made attempts in these areas and achieved good social benefits.(3)The education system has sufficient youth basketball players,basketball court equipment and greater competition requirements.Its main goal is to promote basketball on campus and popularize basketball to help students develop the habit of lifelong physical exercise.Based on this,it can be expanded in the naming of the competition name,the qualifications of the participants,the project settings,the competition methods,the competition methods,the reward and punishment methods.The promotion of campus basketball in my country has attempted in this regard.(4)The social system has strong financial support,and the mode of running games is relatively free.Its main goal is to promote basketball,promote basketball clubs and associations,and select outstanding young basketball reserve talents.Based on this,it can be expanded in the naming of competition names,project settings,competition methods,competition methods,reward and punishment methods.The social system organized basketball winter and summer camps and received relatively good responses.
