The Study On Development And Analysis In Present Situation Of Our National Basketball Competition System In Youth

The sound system of a nation basketball contest should be composed of four stages, i.e. juvenile stage, youth stage, adult stage and the nation team, which should proceed step by step, stage by stage. Any stage of the four can affect the whole development of national basketball directly, especially the stage of youth, which is a connecting and key stage between the fur. There has been many basketball league matches from the early 1970's , the club youth basketball league match in the middle of 1990's, then the CUBA, and DaChao league. All of the youth basketball matches from the recent system of Chinese basketball contest of youth stage, and dominate the development of the training pattern of Chinese youth talents. Although there are kinds of basketball contests, and the situation of it is "flouring", we could still find many faults and problems in its development, management and training too many league contests brings the contest of sports resources and disorder of competition, which will influence the realization of target of our youth basketball training, owing to the disadvantage of old system, there exist the disorder of management and the confusion between right and duty. Therefore, in order to league match have a health bright future, we should analysis our recent contest system carefully, to put forward some new thoughts of development.This research adopt the methods of references, literature-information method, questionnaire, expert interview and date statistics, take the youth league match, CUBA and DaChao league as research targets. The paper researches and analyses the situation of different league matches, the recent situation of players and coaches, the game schedule and match methods, training and management of basketball team, and the match level of team. After analysis on the recent competition system at the macroscopic angle and explanation combined with new system economics and league theory, this paper aims to provides reasonable advice to the development of Chinese youth stage basketball competition system. The result of research shows that: Chinese basketball contest of youth has broken through the old single pattern and formed a new one which has more ways, more styles and more systems; it has expanded the reserves of Chinese youth basketball, and begins to attempt the reform of the education ,and training of competition sports. However, the competition pattern, which means three league matches coexist, and their interior disadvantages and faults has slowed down and obstructed the realization of the whole plan, and influenced the training of Chinese Youth basketball reserves. In order to change this situation, we should reunite Chinese basketball competition system of leagues to achieve the goal of more talents emerging early. But this refer to the profits of many sides, such as education system, PE system, league match's spread and the operating company. Therefore, we must advance step by and reform from communication to reunion, finally develop the system quickly at a large scale. The first stage is communication between matches: CBA-CUBA matches, they could absorb excellent team in DaChao league. This will speed the communication of team and the competition of management institution, and make basis for the future communication. The second stage is reunion: cancel the youth league match, then send these players to different colleges, then form the training pattern of basketball talents, i.e. primary school——college——professional team.
