| With the continuous improvement of volleyball players' technical level and tactical level,the requirements for coaches are higher and higher.When players are playing on the field,the coach's off-field command also plays an important role.As a part of technique and tactics,suspension is an opportunity for coaches to communicate with players on the field and a means for coaches to solve problems on the field.In a volleyball match,each team has two time-outs except substitutions.If a coach can properly use time-outs on the court,he can not only solve his own problems but also exert certain influence on his opponents,which may change the score of the whole game.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,interview,systematic observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Through the research of henan college students "hua" the 17 th man volleyball sports activities in the game b to suspend the use of the coach member,make use of the previous scholars observe and record the tools to the coaches in the game suspension reason,suspend the behavior direction and the effect after the suspension of the coaches,analysis summarized by watching videos.The following conclusions are drawn :(1)seven factors of suspension.Most of the reasons why a coach asks for a timeout are in defense and offense,and the second reason is psychological.Compared with tactics and strategies,the coach asks for a timeout less often.The team with stronger overall strength pays more attention to offense,while the team with weaker overall strength pays more attention to defense.(2)The more times a team takes time out,the more problems there are likely to be in the game.(3)The number of times coaches request suspension.The top ranked team had more time out than the bottom ranked team,and the top ranked team had more effective time out.Through the observation of the seven universities,it is found that most coaches choose to pause more times when the team loses three points in a row.(4)The time period of suspension requested by the coach.The top teams asked for less time off in the first section and more time off in the second section,and the timeout efficiency after 21 points was higher.(5)From the loss of points of each team.The team at the top of the ranking loses points more often than the team at the bottom of the ranking loses points more often than the team at the bottom.(6)Behavior guidance of the coach during suspension.During the suspension period,the coaches gave more tactical guidance to the players,the winning team coaches gave more tactical guidance to the players,and the losing team coaches gave more technical guidance to the players.(7)The direction of the coach to the players during the suspension.The winning coaches tend to point more to the group,while the losing coaches tend to point more to the individual.(8)The use of time by coaches.The winning coaches use tactics and psychology for a long time,while the losing coaches use technique for a long time.(9)The effect after suspension is better for the winning team than for the losing team.In general,coaches from different schools gain or lose one point immediately after requesting a timeout.Suggestions :(1)there will be two timeout opportunities in each game.When the coach chooses timeout,he should arrange the time reasonably and use the timeout rationally.(2)During timeouts,coaches should focus on the key points and keep them simple.When coaching players,they should control their emotions.They should not only criticize the players' mistakes,but also tell them how to improve.(3)The coach should observe the movement of the opponent and familiarize himself with the referee's habit in addition to instructing the players' skills and tactics during the time out.(4)Before the competition,coaches should be familiar with common tactics of each team in advance and make various tactical preparations in advance to cope with other situations on the competition field. |
