In order to explore the objective law of coaching behavior of grassroots outstanding youth volleyball Coaches in Henan Province,Pierre Trudel's COSG(Coaches Observation System for Games)behavior Observation tool was used for reference, and all performances in coaching were divided into 12 categories according to the coaching characteristics of junior volleyball Coaches.Four outstanding youth volleyball coaches were selected and their guiding behavior was taken as the research object.By using the methods of literature, systematic observation, mathematical statistics and interview, this paper discusses the changing trend and characteristics of coaching behavior in different stages and score situations, and puts forward corresponding Suggestions.Findings:(1)When excellent youth volleyball coaches cope with more intense competition, verbal behaviors increase, while nonverbal behaviors decrease. The performance is in the coach USES more positive evaluation, the technical movement instruction, encourages the player, the tactical information feedback.(2)There are significant differences in tournament guidance behavior of outstanding youth volleyball coaches in different stages. From the beginning of each game to the end of each game, the coach's tactical guidance to the young players increased, and the observation of the players decreased.Between 17 and 25 points, most of the players were tactically instructed and least observed.(3)There is a significant difference in the guiding behavior of excellent youth volleyball coaches in different score situations.Different from the leading and stalemate state, the performance of the players in the lagging state is mainly negative evaluation by the coach.(4)Excessive use of positive evaluation by coaches will often have a negative impact on the team, while appropriate negative evaluation may stimulate the morale of the players and produce positive effects.Advice:(1)When a team meets a stronger opponent, coaches often use some verbal behaviors, such as tactical guidance, motivation and technical action guidance,to make the players clear about the team's tactical intention, make the players more confident and stabilize their emotions on the field.(2)In the beginning of each set between 0 and 8 points, the coach can observe the players' status and situation on the field, etc.,and in the 17-25 points, the coach can give more instructions and guidance to the young players in terms of tactics.(3)When coaching young players, coaches should not always make positive comments on the performance of the players. In the score behind the situation,to give the players some appropriate negative evaluation, let the players realize the seriousness of the problem, stimulate the potential of the players.(4)When the team scores consecutive points, the coach should appropriately reduce the positive evaluation of the players to prevent the players from taking it lightly; In the case of continuous errors, the coach should give some negative comments.Proper pressure on the players will have a positive effect.
