This article uses a self-made questionnaire "Taijiquan Exercise Exercise Participation Motivation and Obstacle Factor Survey Form for Middle-aged and Elderly People" as a research tool,and takes Taizhou Exercisers in Zhengzhou as the survey object.Start with basic information such as gender,age,total exercise participation time,and weekly exercise time to investigate their influencing factors in terms of motivation and obstacles.The purpose of this study is to explore the differences in participation motivation and obstacles of Tai Chi exercisers.The research mainly uses a questionnaire survey method,with 150 citizens participating in Taijiquan as the research object.After collecting 135 valid questionnaires,statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used for independent sample T test,reliability analysis,independent sample one-way analysis of variance,LSD post-comparison method and related analysis for statistical analysis.The background variables studied in this paper are the gender,age,total participation time,and weekly training hours of Taijiquan exercisers in China.Participation motivation and obstacles are dependent variables.Participation motivation includes interpersonal motivation,environmental impact,and achievement motivation.,Health motivation and other four factor levels;obstacles include internal psychological,competence,external environment,team support and other four factor levels.The results of the study found that among the motivating factors for Taijiquan exercisers,the highest priority is "interpersonal motivation",followed by "health motivation","achievement motivation" and "environmental impact".Among the obstacles to Tai Chi movement,the highest priority is "inner psychology",followed by "ability competence","external environment" and "team support".In addition,the results of the study show that the level of participation motivation does not have a significant relationship with the factors that affect the obstacles,and the level of obstacles also has no significant relationship with the motivation to participate.
