In recent years,with the development of positive psychology,scholars at home and abroad have begun to pay attention to the field of individual positive psychological quality,paying attention to the internal potential of individuals,so as to continuously improve their self-efficacy and invest in occupations in a more active and healthy state.life.As a kind of positive psychology,psychological capital appears in our life.Professional identity is also an indispensable part of today's social life.As a important benchmark for measuring career development,professional success has also received wide attention from all walks of life.So far,there have been more and more researches on the factors affecting career success,but the research on the group of preschool teachers is almost blank.It is rare to study the influencing factors of career success from the psychological level of professional identity.At the same time,although research has confirmed the influence mechanism of professional identity on career success,does it have a mediating effect on the psychological capital and professional success of preschool teachers? This issue remains to be seen.Based on the above problems,the research object of this study is kindergarten teachers,using empirical research methods to explore the impact of kindergarten teachers' psychological capital and professional identity on career success,and try to test whether professional identity has a mediating effect between the two.This paper reviews the literatures in the fields of psychological capital,professional identity and career success,and sorts out the research results of the three,and puts forward the research hypothesis of this research.This study used a random sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey of preschool teachers in four districts of Kaifeng City,Shangqiu City,Xinxiang City and Zhumadian City in Henan Province.Independent sample T test,one-way ANOVA,and related analysis and regression analysis were performed on the data results by SPSS20.0.The conclusions are as follows:1.The psychological capital,professional success and professional identity of kindergarten teachers are generally above average.2.There is no significant difference in age between psychological capital,career success and occupational identity.There is no significant difference in teaching age in terms of psychological capital,career success and professional identity.The location of the park is generally in terms of psychological capital and career success.There is no significant difference,there is a significant difference in professional identity,the occupational identity of urban preschool teachers is significantly higher than that of rural preschool teachers;the nature of the park has no significant difference in occupational success and occupational identity,and there is a significant difference in the overall psychological capital.The psychological capital of public kindergarten teachers is significantly higher than that of private kindergarten teachers;there is no difference in academic capital and professional success,and there are significant differences in occupational identity;the average monthly income is in psychological capital,occupational success and occupational identity.There are no significant differences.3.The psychological capital,career success and professional identity of kindergarten teachers are extremely significant.4.The psychological capital and professional identity of preschool teachers affect professional success,and the professional identity of preschool teachers has a significant mediating effect between psychological capital and professional success.
