Social Work Intervention Research To Improve Parent-child Communication Stills

Parent-child communication is the process of interaction between parents and children,enhancing their emotional connections and is an important internal mechanism for maintaining parent-child relationship.Good and efficient parent-child communication is conducive to the healthy development of children's physical and mental health,enhance the intimacy of family members and create a good family atmosphere,poor parent-child communication will impede the communication channels of family members,trigger parent-child and family conflicts.This paper is based on the study of parental families in the L community in Beijing.Starting from the document research,this paper uses the questionnaire and semi-structured interviews to investigate the current situation and needs of parent-child communication,the survey revealed that parent-child families in community L had problems and needs in parenting communication skills.Based on this,I use the group social work methods to improve the parent-child communication skills the parent-child family communication and promote parent-child relationship.At the same time,the author uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the group and explores the role and effectiveness of the group's social work in enhancing parent-child communication skills.The research shows that the social work of the group can effectively improve the parent-child communication awareness and skills of the parents.Both parents and children have higher satisfaction with the group and the group has basically reached the goal.Finally,I summarize and reflect on the process of team design and practice.
