The Empirical Study Of The Influence Of Family Intergenerational Relationship On Digital Feedback Behavior:the Intermediary Role Of Parent-child Communication

With the rapid development of Internet digital technology,there are great differences between the elderly and young groups in information acquisition and the use of media,forming a unique "digital generation gap" phenomenon in this era.There are abundant studies show that the learning of digital technology has become a compulsory course for the older generation.With the young people becoming the main force of daily life and economic consumption activities,their unique personality in family life is in sharp contrast with the conservative mentality of the older generation.Based on the current relevant literature research,the actual situation of family intergenerational relationship and the availability of data in this paper,this study mainly studies the influence relationship among family intergenerational relationship,digital feedback behavior and parent-child communication,It is found that the academic circles seldom talk about parent-child communication as a mediating variable to explore the influence mechanism of family intergenerational relationship and digital feedback behavior.Therefore,based on the previous research,this paper takes the adult children as the research object,and constructs the theoretical model of family intergenerational relationship,parent-child communication and digital feedback behavior.Using the two methods of field survey and questionnaire release,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the data of 350 respondents aged 18-50 who issued the formal questionnaire through SPSS 22.0 and Amos 24.0 statistical analysis software.The results show that:（1）In demographic factors,gender,urban and rural areas,housing ownership,education level,occupation,monthly average income and other factors have significant differences in family intergenerational relationship,but there are no significant differences in marital status and age;There are no significant differences in parent-child communication and digital feedback between urban and rural factors,while other factors have significant differences in parent-child communication.（2）family intergenerational relationship has a significant positive impact on digital feedback behavior,among which connective solidarity has a significant positive impact on digital feedback behavior,while functional solidarity and consistent solidarity have no significant impact on digital feedback behavior.（3）Parent child communication has a significant positive impact on digital feedback behavior.The openness of communication has a significant positive impact on digital feedback behavior.The participation and problem of communication have no significant impact on digital feedback behavior.（4）Family intergenerational relationship has a significant positive impact on parent-child communication,among which contact solidarity and unity solidarity have a significant positive impact on the openness of communication;Consistency and solidarity have a significant negative impact on the participation of communication（5）Parent-child communication has a complete mediating effect between digital feedback behavior and family intergenerational relationship.
