The group of children raised in the next generation is a relatively special group.Due to the lack of cultivation and care from their parents' families and the improper rearing methods of their grandparents,children raised in the next generation are easy to change in their psychology and character,thus forming social withdrawal phenomenon.Many families pay high attention to children.The first consideration is the material needs of children,and there is a lack of attention to children's psychological needs.Due to the absence or absence of accompanying parents,the children raised in the next generation are inevitably different from children of the same age in their psychological development.This group is introverted and withdrawn due to family background.If it is influenced by bad peer relationship and improper upbringing,it is easy to have social withdrawal.In the past,researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of research and investigation on the intergenerational rearing,but the research mostly starts from the influencing factors and reasons,rarely focuses on the "intervention skills",and there are few researches on the social withdrawal of the children raised from the intergenerational rearing.In this paper,taking the children with social withdrawal from the second-generation education in kindergarten h as example,the social work intervention is applied to the social withdrawal problem of the children with the second-generation education in accordance with the social learning theory and the advantage perspective theory,aiming at the problems of negativity,resistance to communication,inferiority and so on caused by the social withdrawal.After screening out children with social withdrawal problems by using scales and questionnaires,the intervention mode of group work is adopted,and seven group activities are carried out in total.Each group activity includes group games and feelings sharing,which can create a relaxed and stress-free interpersonal communication environment for children,increase interaction and communication with peer groups,encourage children to express their inner feelings and like to communicate with others.Interpersonal communication group improves the social ability and skills of children with social withdrawal,improves the communication relationship with peer groups,gradually eliminates the resistance and fear of social communication for children with this characteristic,improves their self-confidence and repositions their cognition,thus improving the interpersonal communication problems of children with social withdrawal.At the same time,in the process of service and after the service,timely evaluation,including process evaluation and result evaluation,and the corresponding summary and professional reflection.Finally,the study found that through the intervention of seven complete group work and the comprehensive application of group social work methods and skills,children with social withdrawal can effectively adjust their individual mentality and learn corresponding social skills.Children can share happiness and support each other,which can effectively alleviate the problem of social withdrawal,improve their interest in "people",enhance their confidence in social interaction and fully tap their own growth potential.And actively communicate with children's parents to enhance the children's family's external support environment.In order to further improve the above group effect,the following suggestions are put forward.Actively use social work professional skills to improve service quality.Developing schools or children's social work so as to timely ease the social withdrawal of children.We need the joint participation of many parties to improve the education system and environment of the children raised by the next generation and help the children raised by the next generation to improve their social difficulties and grow up happily.
