| Physical education teaching resources are the sum of human resources,financial resources invested in physical education teaching in schools.The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of allocation of physical education teaching resources in five counties of Xishan in Linfen City.It is hoped that we can understand the shortcomings in allocation of physical education teaching resources in five counties of Xishan in Linfen City and put forward corresponding countermeasures in combination with the actual situation,so as to promote the balanced development of physical education teaching resources in five counties of Xishan in Linfen City,improve the quality and fun of physical education classes,and improve the physical quality of students.The research takes the present situation of physical education teaching resources allocation in five counties of Xishan County in Linfen City as the research object,mainly through the methods of questionnaire and interview,investigates 11 senior middle school physical education leaders and teachers in five counties and districts of Linfen City,including Daning,Xiangning,Yonghe,Xixian and Puxian,and points out the results of the survey.Analysis and treatment.The results show that:(1)the human resources of P.E.teachers in five counties of Xishan in Linfen City have not reached a reasonable age gradient;male P.E.teachers are in the majority,and the gender ratio of male and female teachers is not balanced;there are more undergraduate degrees and too few graduate students.The present situation of in-service training of P.E.teachers in schools limits the further development of teachers' professional title structure;The distribution is uniform,but the development of physical education research activitiesneeds to be strengthened;the structure of teachers' professional titles is reasonable;(2)There are great differences in the allocation of physical resources among high schools in five counties of Xishan County in Linfen City,and the allocation level is uneven;the rate of reaching the standard of sports venues is low,the number of venues and equipment is insufficient and the types are single,and some schools can not meet due to the lack of venues and equipment.Physical education teaching and training needs.(3)As for the allocation of school sports financial resources,most of the high school sports funds in Xishan County of Linfen City are limited,mainly depending on the related funds from higher authorities and local governments.Because of the lack of funds and neglect of physical education classes by school management,sports funds are seriously shrinking,and most schools lack sports funds;(4)Sports information of high school in Xishan County of Linfen City.The resource allocation is relatively backward and there are obvious differences.The main influencing factors are the lack of financial resources of school physical education,the low status of physical education curriculum in school curriculum,the deviation of school's understanding of physical education curriculum,and the discount in implementing relevant policies.On this basis,in order to make the allocation of P.E.teaching resources tend to be balanced in five counties of Xishan,Linfen City,the corresponding suggestions are put forward in view of the problems found in the study:(1)make full use of various channels to increase school P.E.funds,properly increase the input of P.E.funds,and improve the current situation of the allocation of various P.E.resources;(2)take measures to optimize the quality structure of teachers and improve teaching through various ways.Teachers' academic qualifications should be strengthened and physical education teaching activities should be strengthened;(3)The supervision mechanism should be improved to ensure the effective implementation of the policy,so as to promote the balanced development of physical education teaching resources. |
