With the development of information technology,the transformation of traditional educational concepts and teaching forms has been promoted.In order to meet the digital generation's pursuit of new forms of learning,universities must carry out teaching reforms.Blended Learning has the advantages of traditional teaching and network teaching,and has become the first choice for college teaching.However,are they ready for Blended Learning?Through the questionnaire survey,interviews and classroom observations,this study studied the Blended Learning Readiness of teachers and students in Universities.First of all,the author has read the literature for nearly a decade and has inspired the research ideas.The author uses quantitative methods to measure the readiness of teachers and students.In the early stage of research practice,some teachers and students were interviewed.The questionnaire was made to understand the educational background of teachers and students,it was divided into two parts: the teachers' questionnaire and the students' questionnaire.At the same time,the author and the students go to class together to experience the real teaching situation,and record the true reflection of them.Next,this data is collated and analyzed in detail.Finally,the conclusions of this study are obtained.The study found that teachers already have a high degree of readiness.However,they are affected by realistic factors,such as difficult disciplines,insufficient time,technical difficulties,etc.The actual implementation is not the case,some teachers still use traditional teaching methods.Most students lack self-consciousness,learning management and self-discipline.In particular,freshmen's abilities in all aspects are significantly higher thanthose of other grades,and the enthusiasm for learning is the highest.Through the thinking and analysis of the research conclusions,some inspirations are drawn:(1)exploring suitable teaching methods according to the nature of the discipline;(2)paying attention to the shortage of time faced by teachers and students;(3)providing technical support;(4)finding suitable students Teaching methods.
