Research On Optimization Of Information Management Path In Yunnan Education Network Public Opinion Response

With the rapid development of social informatization,intelligence and digitalization,network public opinion incidents are frequently happening.As the biggest livelihood,education becomes the active point and sensitive area of the entire network public opinion,bringing new challenges and requirements to the education administrative department.Among them,public opinion information management is the key factor affecting the speed and effect of public opinion response.The traditional administrative information management path and means can not meet the needs of the rapid spread of online public opinion,so it is necessary to analyze the educational network public opinion information management path and optimize.This paper uses the method of literature research to analyze the concepts involved in the education network public opinion and the research results obtained,to study the basic characteristics of the education network public opinion in Yunnan Province and the problems existing in the information management;It uses the critical path method and case analysis method to graphically analyze the information management path of the education network.A questionnaire survey is conducted on the optimization of network public opinion information management in the education system of Yunnan Province by using the method of investigation and research,so as to draw lessons from the experience of other provinces in the optimization of information management.Through more detailed and systematic analysis and research,this paper extracts some suggestions to optimize the management path of public opinion information in Yunnan education network.It is necessary to remodel the mechanism of information management path,including establishing the idea of giving priority to special treatment of public opinion information,defining the response procedure of public opinion information,and putting public opinion into practice.Information is included in informal document processing and public opinion information processing process reengineering.It is necessary to improve the timeliness of information management path,including setting up a universal and key "direct reporting system",adopting more efficient information management transfer carrier,forwarding network public opinion information response procedure,and establishing a network.Network public opinion information management path system;To ensure the level of information management path manpower,including the establishment of network security and public opinion work leadership system,strengthening the construction of network public opinion information management team,attaching importance to the training of education network public opinion staff.
