| Youth Table Tennis Club is an indispensable organization to promote the development of Youth Table Tennis in the development of modern sports industry.However,due to the long-term poor operation and the lack of coaches,most of the club management needs to be improved.At the same time,the practical research on the management of Youth Table Tennis Club is insufficient,so it is urgent to change the operation of youth table tennis club Mode,urgently change the management concept and organization scale,and reverse the long-term loss management state.By investigating the current situation and development mode of 10 youth clubs registered and operated in 5 prefecture level cities of Hubei Province,this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems faced by the club operation,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,which can provide useful reference for the sustainable development of youth table tennis clubs in other provinces of China.By using the methods of questionnaire,expert interview,literature and logical analysis,this paper takes 10 youth clubs registered and operated in 5 prefecture level cities of Hubei Province as the objects of investigation,and studies the current situation and Strategies of the operation of youth table tennis clubs in Hubei Province.The results are as follows:(1)The current situation of the management of Hubei youth table tennis clubs is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:(1)Operation status.Due to the lack of modern publicity model and efficient profit model,most clubs confine themselves to non-profit operation,resulting in the non-linear ratio between investment and profit,restricting the operation and development of clubs.(2)Marketing status.Compared to the management of foreign youth table tennis clubs,the club of Hubei province has not yet established a perfect e-commerce platform,and the utilization of Internet + and network,new media and other platforms has not fully utilized,which has affected the entire operation system and business mode,and is difficult to publicize good club operation activities,which is not conducive to the development of youth table tennis activities.(3)Coach situation.Many managers are short-sighted,pay too much attention to short-term benefits,and do not realize the importance of coaches to the long-term operation of the club.(2)The main problems in the operation of Hubei youth table tennis club are as follows:(1)The problem of the club scale is that the venue is insufficient,the boundaries of responsibility,relationship and subordination are unclear,there is no complete publicity system and e-commerce management platform,and the gap between the club's capital expenditure and income is not large.(2)The problem of club publicity and marketing is the lack of perfect marketing system,the lack of use of modern Internet,information technology and new media platform,the backwardness of marketing and publicity means,the lack of personality,and the difficulty of forming a long-term club management mechanism.(3)The coaches' problems are reflected in the large mobility of coaches,most of them do not meet their own salary and treatment,and their working attitude and behavior are subject to treatment,which leads to a higher chance of job hopping.(3)Put forward the development strategy of Hubei youth table tennis club operation:(1)Appropriately expand the business scale.The club should take the youth table tennis as the theme,realize the transformation of venue and marketing mode,construct the club's activity venue,actively form its own characteristic mixed operation mode in combination with school resources,utilize the business strategy of sports industry development,gradually expand the operation scale in a planned and step-by-step way,and the government should also improve the relevant laws and regulations of the club.(2)Strengthen publicity and promotion.The club should build a characteristic business site in the Internet,e-commerce and new media.Through the construction of online service and marketing platform,the club should be responsible for the online release and online promotion of youth table tennis,competition,enrollment,training and other work,and increase the publicity and promotion area of club music activities and services.(3)Improve the professional level of coaches.The managers of Hubei youth table tennis club should introduce professional talents,change the treatment of coaches,encourage the instructors to innovate the teaching methods and forms,cooperate with sports schools to cultivate sports skill and management talents,and build professional coaches.Improve the development mechanism.Hubei youth table tennis club should actively cooperate with the school and the sports school,establish a hierarchical organizational system,and formulate perfect regulations on the management of youth table tennis club.The following suggestions are put forward:(1)With the help of the strategy of "Internet +",the management and operation system will be innovating.In terms of management,the club should build an online service andmanagement platform based on the development of e-commerce,realize the integration of resources in different regions,promote the interaction and cooperation between the club operators,and do a good job in the promotion and publicity of the youth table tennis project in Hubei Province.Managers should improve the treatment of coaches,encourage innovation in teaching methods and forms,and link the training of reserve table tennis players with coaches' remuneration.(2)The club should enrich the supporting organizations and realize the integration and optimization of resources.First of all,we should improve the hardware facilities and the sports environment to promote the club's enrollment.At the same time,we should establish clear rules and regulations.Then,the club and related units should work together to explore the practice of club management,and build a standardized and exemplary standard model for the development of the club. |
