With the strong support of national policies to the sports industry and the drive of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",table tennis is bound to develop rapidly with its unique advantages.The modern,scientific and efficient organization,management and operation mode has become the basic guarantee for the long-term development of the youth table tennis club.The establishment of a set of targeted,operable and efficient performance management system can help the youth table tennis clubs to improve their business performance and further achieve their strategic goals.Firstly,this paper makes an in-depth understanding of the research status,performance appraisal method and performance management theory of youth table tennis clubs by means of literature review.Secondly,the author interviewed the operators and employees of 10 youth table tennis clubs in shandong province by means of expert interview to understand the current situation of performance management of youth table tennis clubs,and designed and constructed a performance assessment system based on the combination of BSC and KPI performance assessment methods.Finally,through empirical research,the paper implements the performance management of jinya table tennis club based on the performance assessment system of BSC and KPI,and finally presents the performance management strategy of the youth table tennis club based on the performance assessment system of BSC and KPI.Only in view of the juvenile table tennis club study mainly on status quo investigation and countermeasure analysis,theoretical research is about the club from the composition,operation properties and running structure to study,study of operating table tennis club operating performance to explore serious lack,there is no complete theory system,the performance of the study also careful thorough,interoperability is not strong enough.Sports club performance evaluation is easy to form a management mode that emphasizes the result rather than the process.At present,although the operators and employees of the youth table tennis clubs have a great degree of recognition of the importance and necessity of performance management,due to the lack of understanding of the meaning of performance management,performance management is mainly based on financial indicators,the assessment indicators are single,unscientific and unsystematic,and the results of performance assessment are not satisfactory.Conclusion: on the basis of in-depth learning of performance management knowledge,the implementation of the performance assessment system based on the combination of BSC and KPI can improve the quality of performance management and the performance of the club.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems in the process of empirical research,some performance management strategies and matters needing attention in the implementation of the youth table tennis clubs are given,which are summarized as the following.First of all,the relative importance of the index weight should be sorted.The discussion should be fully carried out in the club to clarify the key objectives of the next stage.Secondly,the setting of performance target plan should be determined according to the actual situation,and the final result should be recognized and confirmed by the staff.In the process of performance to achieve the performance target plan,it is necessary to continuously supervise,timely communicate with employees about problems,guide them to solve and improve,and make records.Conduct timely,fair and open performance appraisal after the completion of the performance plan at this stage;Finally,the results of performance appraisal are summarized and analyzed,and the problems in the work process are fed back to improve the plan,and the performance target plan for the next stage is determined.The performance appraisal results of this stage are applied to the aspects of employee's salary and promotion.
