Research On Business Process Optimization Of Small And Medium-Sized Education And Training Institutions

In the education and training industry,where market competition is fierce,product iterations are accelerating,and customer demand is increasing,the failure rate of enterprises is alarming,especially the quality of survival and development of small and medium-sized education and training institutions is worrying.This paper aims to provide guidance and reference for many small and medium-sized education and training institutions to solve practical problems,improve operational efficiency and business performance through the study of business process optimization of small and medium-sized education and training institutions.The case company Y is a small and medium-sized Internet education and training enterprise which has been established for more than 5 years.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of education and training industry,business process re-engineering and process design methods,and combining with the author's long working experience in Y Company,the author decomposes the existing core business process,which is based on the analysis of the characteristics of education and training industry,business process re-engineering and process design methods.Analysis and problem diagnosis,respectively using the Porter five force model to the industry competition environment,using SWOT analysis to analyze the competitive situation of the company in depth.After that,according to the Y company customer market demand survey data,according to the DMAIC five stages,from the core business process design,group In terms of weaving structure adjustment,information system improvement and so on,the optimization strategy of the system is put forward,and the effect evaluation is carried out based on the new investigation data after process optimization.From the results of improvement at this stage,Y Company has initially established a"customer-centered" business process system,the order service capacity increased,the process efficiency significantly improved,the enterprise information system to business activities support ability has been improved;The organizational structure is more standardized and efficient,thus winning the trust and loyalty of the users.Theoretical research and case practice show that the application of appropriate process re-engineering model to carry out business process optimization should be one of the effective means to solve the difficulties in the development of small and medium-sized educational and training institutions.
