Business Process Optimization Of Educational Administration Management Of H University X College

Under the influence of the rapid development of modern information technology,the teaching management mode of colleges and universities is also changing.How to ensure the quality of college personnel training and how to improve the management of colleges and universities has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of colleges and universities.At the same time,as the scale of enrollment continues to expand,colleges and universities are actively adjusting the management power of the school,continuously shifting the management focus to secondary colleges,as a bridge connecting the school and teachers and students,and a hub for gathering and processing information on college teaching activities.The college’s educational administration management level directly affects the normal development of teaching work.At present,there are problems such as arduous tasks,poor processes,poor services,and lack of information constructionin the college’s educational administration management.The X College also has the above problems.Through the literature reading method,I understand the research status of university educational administration and business process optimization,and provide theoretical support for the research by reviewing the theory of business process reorganization.Through the understanding of the current situation of educational administration management in X College of H University,this paper focuses on five aspects of educational administration business processes,namely student status change management,curriculum management,make-up examination management,curriculum file management and achievement management.It is found that there are many problems,such as too much information transmission,cumbersome manual audit links,too long waiting time,lack of information construction and so on.Then the process reengineering method ESIA method is used to design the process optimization scheme.Then evaluate and analyze the process before and after optimization,and evaluate the optimizeability from six aspects: operation link,waiting link,communication(feedback)link,inspection(judgment)link,expected completion time and expected error.The research shows that after optimization,the waiting time of the process is greatly reduced,the accuracy is improved,the logic is more reasonable,and the efficiency of educational administration management is improved.Finally,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward according to the design scheme of process optimization.
