Under the new environment,the declining of the physical fitness of young people and the increasing incidence rate of obese adolescents have become an important global problem.How can students' Sports Measurement and evaluation be able to reflect students' physique more scientifically,and how to guide students to participate scientifically in scientific fitness,the validity of students' physical fitness measurement indicators,the reliability of measurement results and the practicability of measurement methods?The key points of the study are given.The research work of students'physique must also be in line with the latest national standards for students' physique and health(2014 Revision),and the quantitative model of test items under the new standards should be studied,so that relevant workers can complete the work of physique and health grade evaluation faster and better,and put forward corresponding measures,so as to truly develop students' physique and health in a better direction.Taking 28527 physical health test data of North University of China as samples,using the methods of literature,expert interview,comparative induction,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,observation,etc.,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,referring to the scoring criteria in the national student physical health standard(revisedin 2014).Use MATLAB to build a new comprehensive evaluation model z=(?)wiyi7=0.15y1+0.15y2+0.22y3+0.10y4+0.10y5+0.22y6+0.06y7,where yi is the individual index.The operation of this model is simple and direct,and it is more reference and fair.The following results are obtained through the comprehensive evaluation model:(1)The excellent rate of boys is 12.65%,the good rate is 38.61%,the pass rate is 40.38%,the pass rate is 8.36%,the excellent rate of girls is 10.45%,the pass rate is 35.72%,the pass rate is 49.56%,and the pass rate is 4.27%;(2)The evaluation result obtained by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is better than the evaluation result obtained by "National Student Physical Health Standard(2014 Revision)",the main reason is that the evaluation standard of strength is too high,which leads to the strength in the model.The weight is lower than the weight in "National Student Physical Health Standard(Revised 2014)";(3)The BMI body mass index will affect the performance of each test item.Except for the vital capacity,the average value of each test corresponding to normal body reorganization is the highest;(4)The overall situation of spirometry and flexion in sitting position is good,the overall level of long jump and strength is poor,and the endurance running of boys and the sprint of girls need to be strengthened urgently.Based on the comprehensive evaluation model,the following conclusions are made:(1)The results of each individual test are inseparable from BMI height and body mass index.For students with BMI height and body mass index in the excellent range,in addition to spirometry results,other individual results will be better,and the average best scores of the remaining items All appear in the normal body reorganization of the BMI index;(2)The weights of each test item obtained according to the AHP analytic method and the weights in the National Physical Health Standard(2014 Revision)are basically consistent;(3)The final comprehensive evaluation results based on the model show that the evaluation grades of boys and girls are relatively concentrated among passing and good people,indicating that the overall situation is good and there is still much room for improvement and breakthrough;(4)The single evaluation results based on the model show that boys should strengthen their training in the 1000-meter endurance run.Boys and girls should strengthen training on the long jump test;(5)The model helps to improve the work efficiency of the school's physical health test workers.In addition to the annual physical health test work,it is also necessary to make good use of the model and do other related work;(6)The model is affected by the level of the modeler,so in the modeling and debugging stage,the modeler should also learn more in-depth knowledge in this regard.
