In December 2014,the former Fourth People's Liberation Army Headquarters issued the "Outline of Military Sports Training Reform and Development(2015-2020)" in order to thoroughly implement the important strategic thinking of General Secretary Xi Jinping's goal of strengthening the army and implement the military strategic guidelines under the new situation.(Referred to as the "Outline"),formulated and issued the"Military Sports Training Outline"(hereinafter referred to as the "Outline").The"Outline" and "Outline" have achieved staged results after several years of implementation and implementation,but during the trial training,some practical problems have been continuously discovered,such as:single training content,old equipment and facilities,scientific training level,management mechanism Incomplete,etc.),affecting the effectiveness and practicality of military physical training.At this stage,how to accurately evaluate the current status of military physical training has become an issue we need to solve urgently.Based on the analysis of various factors affecting the physical fitness training of the army,this study proposes a comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process-the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.This method is a combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation model.The evaluation factors are classified according to certain rules to form a hierarchical structure.The fuzzy method and the hierarchical method are merged with each other to quantify the fuzzy concept of the status quo of military physical training.It provides theoretical basis and support for specific suggestions for improving the status of military physical training.Based on such methods,this research first uses literature review method,questionnaire survey method,and expert interview method to conduct preliminary data collection and collection,and uses Delphi method to count index factors affecting the status of military physical fitness;second,based on the above analysis In the above,a more comprehensive multi-level index evaluation system is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation index system is finally composed of evaluation targets,first-level evaluation indicators,and second-level evaluation indicators:the target layer represents the current evaluation of physical fitness training in the army;Indicator A includes training venue,training content,body shape,training methods,physical fitness,subjective and objective factors;secondary indicator B contains 24 indicators;then,the data collected by Delphi method statistics is used to calculate each level based on related software such as matlab The weight of the indicators and consistency check;finally,according to the indicator system constructed by the analytic hierarchy process and the calculation of the indicator weights,the comprehensive evaluation of the primary and secondary indicators is carried out by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally the overall status of the military physical fitness training is obtained.Evaluation level.The final research result is:the evaluation result of the status of military physical training is 0.5983(general).CONCLUSIONS:(1)The personnel resources for military special physical training are scarce.(2)The physical training venue facilities need to be further improved.(3)The training content is relatively single and can be enriched.(4)Soldiers have a better training consciousness and attitude.(5)Training injuries due to training are more common.
