Since the term“core literacy”was put forward,it has been widely discussed and studied as a hot topic in the academic circle.UNESCO,OECD,EU,the United States,the United Kingdom and other organizations and countries have successively studied core literacy,and have proposed different core literacy systems.In general,these different core literacy systems are consistent,but also have their own characteristics.They all reflect the characteristics of“focus on the future,focus on development,focus on lifelong learning ”.Wushu,as an excellent traditional culture in our country,occupies an important position in the current school physical education curriculum.Wushu curriculum has a long history in school physical education.However,with the rapid development of society and the continuous aggravation of teaching reform,the development of Wushu curriculum is unsatisfactory after it is officially incorporated into school physical education.The limitations of traditional Middle School Wushu education have emerged one after another,It is imperative to combine martial arts education with the concept of core literacy,which should serve as the guiding ideology of martial arts education reform.However,the investigation found that there are many scholars studying core literacy and other disciplines under the guidance of core literacy,but the research of putting core literacy into front-line martial arts courses and putting theory into practice has not been done so far.In order to make up for this research gap,this paper focuses on the design and practice of middle school martial arts courses,and studies the research results of predecessors and scholars In order to provide some reference for Wushu education and make a little contribution to the education of the country,we should refine and integrate the ideas into specific teaching contents and put them into practice.This paper uses the method of literature and interview to understand the current situation of Wushu education in middle school and the knowledge crystallization of core literacy research of senior scholars.It takes Taylor principle,constructivism theory,humanism theory as the theoreticalbasis,core literacy as the guiding ideology,combined with the requirements of physical education and health curriculum standards as well as the actual situation of Wushu education in middle school,to study Wushu curriculum in middle school Design and implement to carry out research.First of all,the author studies the current situation of Wushu education in middle school by consulting the literature,analyzing the curriculum standards of physical education and health,analyzing the physical education and health textbooks published by human education,and investigating the four means on the spot.Secondly,the aim,content,evaluation and teaching of Wushu Course in middle school are designed as a whole.The aim of the course is to cultivate students' core quality.On the basis of meeting the course standard,combining with the teaching materials and the actual situation of Wushu course,students need to select the course content.According to the characteristics of the cultivation of core literacy,we choose the evaluation method based on qualitative evaluation and design specific teaching elements in combination with the actual situation of the experimental school.Then,according to the three dimensions of the core quality of Physical Education(sports ability,healthy behavior,sports morality),the class plan and code coverage of a class are selected as examples to show.Finally,the senior teachers,participating students,parents and head teachers are interviewed in depth after the experiment,and the curriculum designed in this study is summarized in combination with the code coverage rate in the implementation of the curriculum.According to the problems summarized in the analysis,the solutions are considered to optimize and improve the design.Through teaching experiments,the author verifies that the curriculum design of this study has the feasibility of implementation,has been unanimously recognized by teachers and students,and achieved the expected goal.It is found that the reason for the unsatisfactory development of Wushu in school physical education is not Wushu itself,but the problem of curriculum design.Many problems of Wushu in school education can be avoided by improving and improving Wushu curriculum design.On the basis of the research,the author puts forward three suggestions for the middle school martial arts curriculum design,that is,the direction of curriculum design should be to cultivate students' core quality,to design the curriculum from the level of cultivating students' learning,to enhance interaction,to emphasize cooperative learning,and to effectively play the role of students' subjective initiative.
