The general high school biology curriculum standard(2017 edition)puts forward the concept of core literacy,which includes scientific thinking among the four core competencies.Experimental teaching is an important way to cultivate students' scientific thinking literacy.However,there are some contents to be optimized in the current biology experiment teaching.This paper,taking the experiment teaching as the practical content,explores the optimization method of high school biology experiment teaching based on scientific thinking literacy,aiming at further developing students' scientific thinking literacy.This paper summarizes the research status of scientific thinking and experimental optimization at home and abroad through literature research,and finds that there are some common problems in the development of experimental courses.On this basis,the author USES the form of questionnaire survey to "the current situation of high school biology experiment teaching" and "students' scientific thinking literacy and experimental ability level" to carry out an investigation and analysis.The results show that :(1)biology teachers generally believe that experimental teaching can improve students' scientific thinking quality,but due to the limitations of insufficient experimental materials,tight teaching process,poor experimental teaching effect and other factors,experimental teaching is difficult to carry out.(2)through the investigation of the students,the author found that the scientific thinking quality of the students was at a relatively shallow level,with the consciousness of active thinking and communication,but no substantial progress,unable to further analyze experimental problems based on theoretical knowledge,and low innovative experimental thinking ability.In view of the above analysis of the status quo,the author based on scientific thinking literacy to explore the optimization of experimental teaching,in order to improve students' scientific thinking literacy through the optimization of experimental teaching.The experimental optimization is carried out from the following three aspects: pay attention to the preparation before the experiment,optimize the experimental teaching process and improve the experimental evaluation.The emphasis on pre-experiment preparation is mainly reflected in the emphasis on pre-experiment,such as let students participate in the pre-experiment,experience the scientific nature of biological experiment.Optimizing the experimental teaching process,such as emphasizing quantitative experiments,constructing organizational models,and guiding the design of experiments,can cultivate students' scientific thinking awareness,enable them to master the methods of scientific thinking,and improve their scientific thinking literacy.In terms of improving the experimental evaluation,the author divides the experimental standards into four levels according to the four levels of SOLO classification evaluation theory and scientific thinking literacy,and applies them to practical teaching.In addition,explore the diversity of the evaluation process and feedback the evaluation results to students in a timely manner.Based on the above theoretical research,this paper selected "making ecological bottles" as the experimental optimization object,and designed two "making ecological bottles" task lists.Twelve classes were selected as the practice objects and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group implemented the optimized experimental form,while the control group adopted the traditional experimental form.After the completion of the production of the ecological bottle,the teachers and the group conducted the preliminary evaluation and the re-evaluation of the ecological bottle,and then tested the experimental optimization effect through the designed post-test questions.After using the experimental standard to test and the analysis of student achievement,the analysis found that: the experimental group students in anticipation experimental phenomenon,sums up the experimental conclusion,design experiment ideas of thinking ability has the obvious improvement,but there are still control the consciousness of independent variables,answer the questions on language use owe science and specification,to face a lot of experimental data form difficulty concentrating to obtain key information,etc.In addition,there are some shortcomings in this study.Due to the limitation of time and content of lessons,there are few experimental teaching practices.The cultivation of scientific thinking quality is a long-term process,need teachers in the teaching process to strengthen the students' consciousness of scientific language,not the language of science is difficult to form a rigorous thinking,and constantly in the experimental teaching guide students to discover problems,analyze problems,to solve the problem,on the basis of gradually to let the students learn scientific thinking method,and applied to the study in biology.
