With the development and wide application of Internet information technology,people's daily life style and work have changed dramatically.Based on the convenience and relationship chain of information technology,information development has become more and more functional,and the application of software gradually permeates every aspect of social life.With the development of the new era,more and more efficient and convenient multi-functional system programs can be developed and used,and the new student enrollment service system is produced in this context.The design thinking of the new students enrollment service system is from the direct interaction between people to the indirect communication through the Internet.Based on the freshmen's perception attitude,how to improve the design of the freshmen's enrollment service system through different periods,different situations and different perception needs of freshmen,and how to meet the needs of Freshmen in the enrollment process to the greatest extent,are worthy of study and challenge.This research takes information technology as a means to meet the needs of new students' enrollment as a starting point for service design innovation research.By comparing the traditional enrollment model,this paper analyzes the perceived needs of Freshmen in the process of enrollment,and discusses how to provide more comfortable and convenient enrollment services and intelligent enrollment procedures for freshmen in the process of enrollment,so as to improve the satisfaction of Freshmen with enrollment services.In the specific research implementation stage,this paper uses the principal component analysis method and grounded theory method to deeply study the freshmen's perception attitude to the enrollment service,analyzes the factors that affect the freshmen's satisfaction with the enrollment,and obtains the freshmen's service demand for the enrollment process of colleges and universities,as well as the freshmen's information demand for colleges and universities before or at the time of enrollment.According to the service demand of freshmen,with the support of information technology,the service design of freshmen enrollment is carried out.In the process of service design for Freshmen's enrollment,information architecture design and high fidelity map setting are carried out for the service system,online service system map,role play,service delivery,service blueprint and service supply map design are carried out,and the service system is tested to determine the feasibility of the operation of the freshmen's enrollment service design system,so as to enhance Freshmen's satisfaction with the University's enrollment service in practice degree.
