As our economy continues to grow,so does the disposable income per head of household.Under the influence of such ideas as knowledge changes destiny,education makes future success,and so on,parents have increased their investment in their children's education in order to get their children into good schools This has provided an opportunity for the vigorous development of training institutions in our country.Due to the low entry threshold of small and medium-sized training institutions and the small amount of funds needed,the number of small and medium-sized training institutions has increased rapidly in recent years.Q company,as a small and medium-sized training institution,is losing its teachers and managers because of its management,atmosphere and talent development.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the status quo of Q company's brain drain and analyze the reasons for it,which will help Q company to alleviate the brain drain,provide competitive power and promote the development of the company.This paper takes Q company as the research object,on the basis of studying the current situation of brain drain research at home and abroad,and combining the actual situation of Q company,based on the theories of Mudgee and Symon model and expectation theory,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the brain drain in Q company,and advances some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.First,the paper expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis of the brain drain according to the actual situation of Q company,and second,introduces the Development and brain drain of Q company,and analyzes the reasons of brain drain according to the actual situation of Q company Third,according to the actual situation of Q company,it is necessary to establish and perfect the mechanism of personnel retention from three aspects:establishing and perfecting the management mechanism of Q company,building a harmonious atmosphere of the company,and constructing the talent development platform.Through the research and analysis of the phenomenon of brain drain of Q company,we hope to play a certain reference role in alleviating the brain drain of the same industry.
