Higher education is the highest form of education,it is the main force of national scientific research development and personnel training,provide talent support for social and economic development.However,After more than 20 years of arduous development,private higher education is back on the historical stage,It plays an important role in the development of higher education in China,private colleges and universities have cultivated a large number of application-oriented talents for China's modernization drive,which has effectively alleviated the shortage of educational resources and provided references for the reform of public colleges and universities.In recent years,with the state successively introduced some policies to encourage the development of private education,the development scale of private education has been expanding,and it is changing from a supplementary role to a developmental role.it has made great contribution to the development of higher education in China.However,due to the particularity of the running system of privately-run colleges and universities,privately-run colleges and universities have encountered a bottleneck--brain drain problem,which is affected by salary,social status,career development and other factors in the course of their vigorous development.As a member of private universities,LD university also faces the problem of high turnover rate of teachers.serious teacher turnover not only affects the construction of teaching staff and the stability of teaching order,but also affects the cultivation of students' vocational ability,which seriously restricts the healthy and sustainable development of private colleges and universities in China.Firstly,this paper defines and clarifies relevant concepts and definitions.taking full-time teachers in private colleges and universities in LD as the research object,taking LD colleges and universities as the research model according to relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the problem of brain drain in LD colleges and universities by means of literature research,investigation and personal interview,and puts forward relevant Suggestions.Through the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of the brain drain in LD universities,it is found that the brain drain of teachers is younger,with higher education and professional titles,This article holds that the causes of loss of LD private colleges teachers is complex,the main causes include low social recognition,social orientation deviation,lack of emphasis and related government policy implementation does not reach the designated position,imperfect compensation system,appraisal system lack of fairness,incentive mechanism of a single,lack of efficient training system,a series of factors such as lack of modern human resource management department.To solve the problem of teacher turnover,we should start from three aspects: government,school and individual teachers.on the one hand,the government should pay more attention to private colleges and universities,introduce relevant policies,improve the treatment of teachers in private colleges and universities,and equal the status of teachers in private colleges and universities and eliminate social discrimination.On the other hand,schools should strengthen the internal system construction,improve the salary system,establish a sound assessment system,diversified incentive mechanism,establish an efficient teacher training system,do a good job in the future career development of teachers and establish a modern human resource management department.Finally,teachers should strengthen their own quality,pay attention to the construction of teacher ethics,improve their professional level.
