Innovation Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities Under The Idea Of Shared Development

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed "sharing" as one of the five development concepts,which is an innovation of the concept of economic and social development,and also a basic and important guide to promote social and economic development in the new situation.The concept of development is the theoretical guidance of development practice,and what kind of development concept has what kind of development path and development paradigm.The combination of the concept of shared development and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is not only an important measure to implement the concept of shared development,but also an inevitable requirement to realize the innovation of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Therefore,we should correctly explore and make good use of the concept of shared development,make it closely combined with ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and create a new situation of educational development.The formation of the concept of shared development is not achieved overnight,but on the basis of inheriting and innovating the Marxist concept of development and the idea of sharing in China's excellent traditional culture.Based on the impact of the concept of shared development on people's thinking and behavior,the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has ushered in a new development environment.On the one hand,the social development in the new era,the self-development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,as well as the multiple demands of cultivating new people in the era provide the necessity for the framework of Ideological and political education innovation;on the other hand,the guidance of Marxism related theories,the need to carry forward the humanistic spirit and the development of new media make the innovation of Ideological and political education possible in the new situation.On this basis,through the investigation on the current situation of Ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities under the concept of sharing development carried out by some college students from four colleges and universities in Tai'an City,combined with data collation and analysis,it can be found that the current innovation of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has made some achievements,but there are still some problems,such as the lack of deep sense of sharing,the need to improve the sharing mode,and the need to optimize the sharing content.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,on the basis of analyzing the relevant concepts and considering the relevant laws,this paper seeks the deep agreement between the shared development concept and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities from the principles,specific measures and guarantee mechanisms of Ideological and political education innovation.First of all,from the principle of Ideological and political education innovation,adhere to the principle of "people-oriented,co construction,sharing",actively guide the concept of shared development to adapt to modern ideological and political education,and promote the concept of shared development into the mind;secondly,analyze the specific measures to practice the concept of shared development,through gradual improvement and improvement of education concept,education content,teaching Education method,education carrier and education team construction,realize the organic unity of sharing development concept and education practice.Finally,starting from the management mechanism,supervision mechanism and evaluation mechanism of Ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the institutional guarantee that ideological and political education can achieve long-term operation.Thus,with the help of the advantages of the concept of shared development,efforts should be made to promote the multidimensional innovation of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,so as to improve the effectiveness of education and realize the all-round development of students.
