This paper mainly selects the kindergarten teacher as the research object,aims to explore the relationship between the job satisfaction and emotional management ability of kindergarten teachers in the context of pre-school education in China,on the one hand,to provide reference for the early childhood teachers to promote the emotional management of the group of kindergarten teachers,and help them improve the overall teacher's job satisfaction and emotional health level.To provide a guide for them to cultivate emotional health of the group of early childhood teachers,on the other hand,for all sectors of society,especially the education management departments to effectively understand the important impact of teachers' emotional management on job satisfaction,by paying attention to the emotional management of teachers' groups and thus improving their work effectiveness,to promote the overall development of early childhood education.In this study,176 kindergarten teachers in Hantai District were surveyed using a combination of simple random sampling and late stratified sampling,including the "Early Childhood Teacher Job Satisfaction Adjustment Questionnaire" and "The Early Childhood Teacher's Emotional Management Capacity Questionnaire",and the overall analysis of the survey data using SPSS21.0 was used,and the following conclusions were obtained according to the data analysis results:First,the average score of job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers is at the general level,and the factors from high to low are the work itself,the working environment,the director,the work remuneration,the promotion of further education.The establishment and salary of kindergarten teachers also affect the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers.It is suggested that pre-school managers should pay attention to the factors that affect job satisfaction and actively explore the training and management mechanism of kindergarten teachers,so as to improve the overall level of job satisfaction.Second,the average level of emotional management ability of kindergarten teachers is at the middle level,the factors from high to low are emotional awareness,emotional expression,emotional adjustment and emotional application,and can affect the emotional management level of early childhood teachers are the preparation and salary,it is recommended that earlychildhood teachers should pay more attention to this,at the same time,we should pay attention to the kindergarten teachers emotional management knowledge and training,learn to express positive emotions,strengthen emotional management ability,cultivate positive emotions,for the development of early childhood education is of great significance.Third,there is a significant correlation between the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers and the management ability of emotion,and it is positively correlated,and the emotional management ability of kindergarten teachers has a positive predictive effect on job satisfaction,that is,the level of job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers varies with the level of their emotional management ability.
