The lack of good physical activity habits remains an important public health issue in all countries,despite years of promotion of increased physical activity as a public health issue.With the development of mobile Internet,social media has attracted extensive attention from the perspective of health behavior intervention.In this study,structural equation model are used to verify and analyze the proposed hypothesis model through questionnaire survey,and the effective sample size is 655.This study found that self-disclosure about physical exercise in social media can raise the positive attitude toward physical exercise so as to enhance the individual carry out phy sical exercise behavior,but at the same time,more self-disclosure may make individuals are more likely to compare physical appearance.At the same time,social participation in physical exercise affects the subjective norms and perceived behavioral control,thus affecting behavioral tendency.Secondly,in-depth interview was conducted to further discuss the self-disclosure in social media.In this part,this study believes that physical exercise behavior changes from private behavior to public behavior through self-disclosture,in which the social significance of body and physical exercise is magnified.Under the role of social norms in different groups,individuals use social media for impression management to complete the expected performance.
