| As a teacher major for training future physical education teachers,the arrangement of educational practice links affects the training quality of physical education teachers and is of great significance for improving the practical ability of future physical education teachers and the training quality of higher education.At present,the education practice mode of physical education major focuses on combining with the realistic background and national policies,and carries out real-time adjustment and innovative development with the dynamic development of higher education.Based on "corrective feedback"(refers to the feedback process in which teachers feed back information to students through language,gestures,expressions,eyes,etc.to prompt them to correct various forms of errors in the learning process.)perspective,the construction of physical education professional two-stage education practice mode,to provide practical basis and theoretical reference for the revision and improvement of physical education professional education practice mode in colleges and universities in Henan province.By using the methods of literature review,investigation,case study and mathematical statistics,based on the current educational practice model of three universities in Henan province,this paper,through case study,collects and analyzes the problems of error correction feedback in educational practice from different perspectives of interns,instructors of practice units and training units in the current educational practice model of the physical education college of Zhengzhou university,thus constructing a two-stage educational practice model for physical education majors.The research conclusion is as follows:First,there are some phenomena in the practice link of physical education major in educational practice,such as weak connection between theory and practice,emphasis on form and light quality,and emphasis on results and light process.It is of great guiding significance and value to improve the quality of educational practice to dig and clarify the causes of these phenomena with the help of "corrective feedback".Second,the two-stage educational practice mode for physical education majors is divided into observation,probation,reflection and comprehensive promotion.This model is constructed from five elements: theoretical basis,realistic basis,following principle,implementation link and implementation strategy.Each stage integrates five modules: preparation work before the internship,error correction feedback from interns to educational practice,error correction feedback from instructors of internship units to educational practice,error correction feedback from training units to educational practice,and summary and evaluation after the internship.Third,through the arrangement of the first stage of educational practice,the interns majoring in physical education have been urged to have realistic sense of urgency and pressure,to actively establish clear learning objectives,and to effectively avoid the lack of learning objectives and the phenomenon of "mutual compromise and common degeneration" between teachers and students.After the first stage of summary and reflection,interns,instructors of internship units and training units attach more importance to educational practice and reduce the occurrence of the three main bodies participating in educational practice in a mere formality.In view of the problems found in this study,suggestions are as follows:First,interns should establish a correct view of educational practice,take the initiative to communicate,participate in depth,and efficiently complete the arrangement of educational practice.Second,teaching teachers should pay attention to the training of interns' awareness of rules,stimulate interns' subjective awareness,actively guide physical education professional interns to establish clear learning objectives,and strengthen systematic training of sports skills.Third,the relevant leading departments of the training units should pay attention to the error correction feedback from different perspectives on the educational practice of physical education majors,reflect on the training of students by the training units from the perspective of problems,establish a high-standard assessment mechanism,and improve the educational practice system of physical education majors.Four,the two sides of the education practice guidance teachers should encourage interns to continue to try in the education practice,clear physical education professional interns education practice content. |
