Teaching practice is one of the important links of teacher's professional development.It is the process that theory is accepted in practice,and it is a platform for normal college students to promote their all-round development.However,the current practice of Teacher Education in primary and middle schools and are divorced from the actual teaching,heavy knowledge and light ability,light weight and theoretical classroom teaching practice of light education practice,caused by China's higher normal universities do not attach importance to education and practice of the plight of poor efficiency of sports talent training.It leads to the students' comprehensive practical ability,professional quality and lack of professional cognitive ability.Based on the perspective of teachers' professional training,professional sports education practice mode in Henan University as a case study and practice analysis compared with the state of education of Henan Province,several colleges and universities,and from the specialty of physical education for national specialty colleges practice state of comparative analysis,using literature method and comparative method,the survey method,case analysis and logic analysis,the teachers' professional training thoughts under the concept of education practice,and analyzes the importance of education practice in the professional development of teachers.To explore the problems in the reform of physical education practice in Henan University,and to explore a more scientific and comprehensive mode of educational practice,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for physical education practice in Henan University.In recent years,Henan University Institute of physical education reform and made beneficial exploration in the practice of education,the main contents of the reform are:to set up a research team to carry out education,promote the practice of standardized college education;improve P.E.students practical ability,standardize sports students' practical training requirements;the whole process of building a content system of educational practice,practice mode of innovation education.Therefore,the whole process of education practice mode is constructed in the system principle,practical principle,to the all-round development of students under the principle of the foundation is divided into four stages:preparation stage,experience and research stage,participate in the practice stage,strengthening the practice stage.The construction of the whole process educational practice model will prolong the practice time,enrich the content and form the practice more rationally.Constructing the practice model of the whole process of education,promoting teachers' professional sports education professional development,promote the sports college physical education to improve teachers' professional quality change students comprehensive practical ability,professional quality and occupation of the current situation of the lack of cognitive ability.
