Research On The Governance Of Academic Corruption Of College Teachers

Colleges and universities are generally regarded as a place with relatively pure atmosphere without too much interest disputes.With the development of society,the problem of academic corruption of college teachers in China has been paid more and more attention.There are frequent academic corruption such as plagiarism of other people's achievements,falsification or annotation of experimental data,power study,money study and color study transaction,multiple or low-level duplication of one manuscript,rough manufacturing,etc.This phenomenon not only damages the sacred image of colleges and universities in the hearts of the public,but also destroys the good learning and scientific research environment of colleges and universities;it is not conducive to the healthy development of the academic cause of colleges and universities in China,nor to its sustained and long-term development.Therefore,the theoretical research on academic corruption of college teachers is of great practical significance for the healthy development of universities and the construction of innovative countries.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the governance of academic corruption of college teachers,and reviews the research status of academic corruption of college teachers at home and abroad.Secondly,it defines the concepts of corruption,academic corruption,academic corruption of college teachers,and puts forward the theoretical basis of this study:rent-seeking theory,effective resource allocation theory,moral development theory and stakeholder theory.Thirdly,take Jiangxi province as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of the academic corruption of college teachers,and expounds its harms,and then analyzes the causes from the three aspects of society,school and individual.Fourth,it draws lessons from the United States,Europe and Asia.Finally,from the three aspects of the self-cultivation of university teachers,the construction of academic system and academic culture,and the macro national academic regulations and policy environment,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the academic corruption of college teachers.
