the good faith is the foundation of a country and national development, only have good faith consciousness can have constant innovation and development potential.Academic corruption phenomenon not only affects the development of the academic circles, inhibit the improvement of the scholar's personal ability to innovate, but also not conducive to China's international competitiveness has increased, in easy to produce great destructive power of society and the world.Therefore, for academic corruption should be firmly opposed, use legal weapon to maintain academic style.Academic corruption not only disturb the order of the academia, but also affected the innovative thinking ability of country.This paper briefly discusses the definition, nature and characteristics of academic corruption in Colleges and universities, and analyzes the harmfulness of academic corruption in Colleges and universities from five aspects. On this basis, the paper discusses the causes of academic corruption from four aspects: politics, economy, system and culture. This paper discusses the causes of academic corruption in Colleges and universities from the aspects of law, economy, system and culture. Finally, the corresponding strategies are put forward from the four dimensions, from a legal perspective, should be the rule of law, intellectual property law to further improve academic corruption, improve the execution of the law; from the economic perspective, should improve the academic evaluation of science, the reform of personnel selection system and evaluation system, consolidation degree granting the system, to prevent inbreeding coefficient; from the institutional perspective, should set up the evaluation agency, the achievements of the reform of academic evaluation mechanism, to further expand the channels of supervision, promote the separation between the academic and administrative rights, the establishment of project bidding system and performance evaluation system; from the aspect of culture, should actively build a free academic atmosphere and academic freedom in the internal environment.Because of the limited space of this paper, how to establish a reasonable and effective interest distribution, interest coordination and teacher incentive mechanism is not involved in the University, the governance of academic corruption in Colleges and universities need to consider the overall macro considerations, and it is an orderly and gradual process, which should be an important issue we must face in the future.
