With the implementation of China's education reform and the guarantee of national laws and policies,the rapid development of education in China has been promoted.A large number of non-governmental educational institutions have firmly grasped the market demand and development opportunities,and the overall development trend is good.They have also become an indispensable part of our education system.However,in the process of development,there are many problems,especially the loss of teachers in private schools is becoming more and more serious,which has an impact on the improvement of teaching quality and the construction of teaching staff,and limits the running ability and competitiveness of private schools.This paper studies the causes and countermeasures of staff turnover in Y private schools,sorts out the development process of private education,analyzes the significance and contribution of the development of private education,and points out the seriousness of the problem of teacher turnover in private schools.This paper collects and sorts out relevant documents on human resources management and teacher turnover,and expounds the basic theories involved in this paper,including human capital theory,psychological contract and incentive theory,March and Simon model,Price model,mowbray model,etc.,which provide the basis for the investigation and analysis of the following.This paper takes Y private schools as the research object,through the method of questionnaire survey,deeply analyzes the structure,whereabouts and motivation of teacher loss in schools,and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of teacher loss in private schools.It makes statistics on the process of questionnaire survey results,sorts out and sums up the causes of teacher loss,including school factors,personal factors and environmental factors,and makes quantitative analysis by AHP.Finally,combined with the problems and causes of the loss of teachers in Y private schools,targeted suggestions are put forward to effectively solve the problems from the teacher level,the school level and the government level.
