| As an important place for children to learn and live,kindergartens play an important role in children's physical and mental health development.The goal of kindergarten environmental safety management is to provide comprehensive,multi-angle and multi-level protection for the physical and mental health development of young children and the work of kindergarten teachers.But in real life,due to the inadequacy of environmental safety management in kindergartens and the induction of various factors,children's safety accidents occur frequently,such as food poisoning,school bus accidents and child abuse.The state has promulgated and implemented a series of policies and regulations to ensure the safety of young children,but the incomplete implementation of these policies and regulations has led to the occurrence of safety accidents in children to a certain extent.And there are few studies on kindergarten environmental safety management,so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study kindergarten environmental safety management.Environmental safety management in kindergartens is a complex and systematic project,which prevents or eliminates hidden dangers affecting the personal and property safety of teachers and students by means of planning,organization,command,coordination and control,and creates a good park environment.The kindergarten environment includes three aspects: system environment,physical environment and spiritual environment.Because the data of the spiritual environment cannot be collected,it is difficult to construct the evaluation index system of the kindergarten mental environment.Therefore,in the study,the system environment and material environment are selected to analyze the situation of environmental safety management of kindergartens in S city.According to the principles of objectivity,integrity,effectiveness and operability,the evaluation index system of environmental safety management of kindergartens in S city is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process.Through analytic hierarchy process,the environmental safety of kindergartens in S city is divided into two first-level indicators: system environment and material environment.And then the first-level indicators are decomposed,the system environment is refined into security system,food hygiene system,fire protection system and activity system.The physical environment is refined into five secondary indicators: food hygiene environment,fire protection environment,building facilities environment,traffic environment,and campus surrounding environment.According to the designed index,the environmental safety management of six public kindergartens in S city is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The total score of the evaluation is 5.Through calculating the weight of each index and further fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation score of the environmental safety management of these six kindergartens is 3.49,which indicates that the level of environmental safety management in kindergartens in S city is between “general” and “better”.In the system environment,there are problems of food hygiene system,fire protection system and incomplete activity system.In the physical environment,there are problems such as inadequate fire protection facilities,inadequate construction facilities,and inadequate traffic management in the park.The level of environmental safety management needs to be improved.To improve the environmental safety management level of S city kindergartens,it is necessary to strengthen the management of system environment construction and physical environment construction.In the aspect of system environment construction,the government should establish and improve the legal system of kindergarten safety management,strictly examine and approve the qualification of kindergarten admission;kindergartens should further strengthen the security management,food hygiene,fire protection and other system construction,so as to provide basic guarantee for the safety of teachers and students.In terms of material environment,the government should strengthen the safety supervision of kindergartens and conduct regular safety checks on kindergartens.Kindergartens should pay attention to the creation of a safe environment and raise teachers' awareness of safety responsibility. |
