Since the 1960s,self-directed learning has gradually attracted people's attention as a new learning method,and it has been widely accepted by adult groups because it advocates individual autonomy.With the expansion of enrollment of graduate students in my country,the contradiction between the growing number of graduate students and the relatively stable faculty has gradually become more prominent.The teacher-student ratio has become seriously out of balance,and the quality of graduate education is being challenged.At the same time,graduate students,as mature minds,self-study adults,and the second major force in the future development of society in addition to college students,cultivating and improving their self-directed learning ability is not only the key to improving the quality of university education,but also Individual and social sustainable development needs.This article takes the graduate students of Jiangxi Province as the research object and adopts the method of combining qualitative research and empirical research to analyze the current situation of the self-directed learning ability of the group of postgraduate students,the factors that affect their ability,and strategies to further enhance their self-directed learning ability.And other related issues.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing relevant literature and theories,and partially drawing on Professor Williamson's "Self-directed Learning Ability Assessment Scale",a questionnaire was prepared,which included learning awareness,learning strategy application ability,planning and execution ability.The five dimensions of reflection ability and interpersonal communication ability investigate the current situation of the self-directed learning ability of postgraduate students and conduct empirical analysis and statistical inference on the sample data to reveal the problems of self-directed learning ability of master students in Jiangxi Province and propose corresponding countermeasures.They are five parts in this thesis.The first part is the topic selection background and research significance.It briefly introduces the current needs of learning countries and societies for high-quality and high-level master's degree students.It leads to the core theme of this thesis-the status quo and self-directed learning ability of Jiangxi master students Promotion strategy.The second part introduces the relevant theories,concepts and research significance,and clarifies the existing problems of the self-directed learning ability of master students.The third part is the process of questionnaire design and interview design.A series of pre-questionnaire questionnaire testing process is conducted,and finally a formal questionnaire is formed to start a formal survey.The fourth part analyzes and discusses the survey results of self-directed learning ability of master students in Jiangxi Province from the overall level and significant differences.The fifth part is based on the previous analysis,to find out the main problems,and to find out the main problems,and from the three levels of students,schools and families to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the self-directed learning ability of master students:multi-faceted improvement Self-learning ability;perfect the system required for self-directed learning;create a good family education.
