The construction of the educational theory system of lifelong learning for all provides the wind vane for the construction of a learning society.As the first group to understand the new trend of social thought,postgraduates have the life ideal of lifelong learning.The internal active learning characteristics of autonomous learners relate to the subjective spirit of lifelong learning.In order to carry out lifelong learning,postgraduates must have the ability of autonomous learning.The scope of autonomous learning ability is to give full play to their subjective initiative,clarify their learning objectives,choose learning methods,manage time,monitor and adjust the learning process.Autonomous learning helps learners to lay a good foundation for lifelong learning,while the concept of lifelong learning helps learners to give full play to their autonomous learning ability.Postgraduates are highly educated groups,and they are also the promoters and practitioners of the concept of lifelong learning.How to improve the self-learning ability of postgraduates is the requirement of the development of higher education.Based on the concept of lifelong learning,according to the connotation of autonomous learning and the characteristics of postgraduates.This paper compiled a questionnaire for Postgraduates' autonomous learning,and randomly selected 565full-time postgraduates from N University as research samples to analyze the current situation of autonomous learning ability and the influencing factors.Combined with the interview method,this paper reveals the problems existing in the self-learning of postgraduates,and then carries out the research on the promotion strategy of the self-learning ability of postgraduates.The results are as follows: Firstly,postgraduate's autonomous learning ability of are at a general level;Secondly,there are differences in the dimensions of planning ability,monitoring and regulation ability,critical and scientific research ability,resource and method application ability,and different gender,major,grade and achievement background are significant differences in the ability of self-regulated learning among postgraduates.Thirdly,autonomous learning ability is promoted by many factors,including learning environment,self-efficacy,learning motivation and internal attribution.In addition,the more thoroughly the concept of lifelong learning is implemented,the autonomous learning ability will get stronger.Fourth,master's degree students' independent planning is not clear,they can't master learning strategies skillfully.Their independent consciousness is weak,and their innovation is insufficient.Finally,combined with the regression analysis of influencing factors and qualitative research,it is found that postgraduates need to improve their autonomous learning ability.This paper puts forward the promotion strategies from the four aspects of graduate students' individual,tutor,school and society: establish the concept of lifelong learning,strengthening self-awareness;advocating the relationship between teacher and student,paying attention to positive inspiration and guidance;reforming talent training mode,giving full play to the dual drive of practice and innovation;creating excellent learning environment,creating humanistic and independent style of study.
