In the context of the reform of the basic education,emphasis has been placed on the all round development of students,the principal status of students has been paid more and more attention,and the dynamically generated classroom has caused more and more concern.We should stand on the height of life to view the students as a "person",the all-round development of students,so in the process of class teaching,various generated problems need teachers to deal with.Generative problem is built on the basis of generative,which refers to some new problems and new situations generated by students that are not considered in the original teaching design of teachers in the process of dynamic classroom teaching.Combined with the subject characteristics of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,the generative problem of morality and rule of law in junior middle school is characterized by transience,pluralism,interactivity and moral education.The effective use of generative problem is guided by the theory of constructivism,humanistic learning and Wittrock's generative learning model.The effective use of generative problems of the moral and rule of law teaching in junior middle school are conducive to strengthening students' dominant position and cultivating students' innovative consciousness.It is helpful to improve teachers' teaching level and promote teachers' professional skill development.And it is conducive to coruscating the vitality of class teaching and promoting moral education of students.Through the investigation into the generative problem of moral and rule of law course of junior middle school,it is found that the utilization dilemma of generative problem is mainly manifested in: inaccurate attention to generative problem,improper treatment of generative problem,and single evaluation of generative problem.The reasons mainly include the influence of traditional education concept,the weak role of students,the lack of teachers' ability to deal with generative problems,etc.In view of the dilemma of utilizing generative problems with the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school and the characteristics of generative problems with the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,the effective utilization of generative problems with the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school should follow the principles of subjectivity,openness,flexibility and inclusiveness.On this basis,the following optimization strategies are putting forward: changing ideology,focusing on generative issues;Give full play to students' dominant position and stimulate generative problems;Make the elastic presupposition before class to guide the generative problem;In class,the students should respond intelligently and utilize generative problems.After class,with scientific evaluation,they reflect on the generative problem.
