The rule of law is the spiritual pillar of the country under the rule of law and an important index to measure the development of the rule of law in a country.Therefore,it is increasingly important to cultivate citizens' awareness of the rule of law.The sense of rule of law is the rational quality of citizens,and "after 00",as an important group of citizens,is the builder and successor of the socialist country under the rule of law.After cultivating "00" rule of law consciousness,enhance the "00" after enforcement of the rule of law consciousness and initiative,is the necessary condition to guarantee "00" after growing up,is also the inherent requirement of strengthening the fulfillment of the modern civil rights protection responsibilities,but also the important measures to realize the goal of the rule of law is always,should become the important content of current education under the rule of law.That junior middle school political lesson teaching material by the previous "ideology and moral character" renamed "morality and the rule of law",based on the national policy as well as the teaching material to compile,strengthen the training of "00" rule of law consciousness,is not only beneficial to society to cultivate qualified citizens for the future,and to promote the setting up of socialist country under the rule of law.But in the middle school students' consciousness of the rule of "00" there are still some problems,especially in the middle school moral lesson and the rule of law,the junior middle school students consciousness of rule of law,there exists the weak link of the cultivation of the more prominent,mainly for the students lack of legal knowledge,weak rule of law concept,teachers' teaching design line is not clear,backward old teachers' teaching methods,etc.Based on these reasons and the trend of new curriculum reform,new textbooks of morality and the rule of law came into being.Therefore,before using the new teaching material should be carried out on the new teaching material first overall analysis,analysis of the difference between the old and the new teaching material,and new teaching materials where,for teachers in the use of such materials have a macro grasp,know the teaching goal,know the difficult point,so that the teachers in preparing actively looking for the right material,after contact with students in combination with the teaching material according to their aptitude,to make the class more efficient,students can understand more relevant teaching content.Second,since want to junior high school students consciousness of the rule of "00",then the legal sense of the old and the new teaching material about the situation of training content,must also be a master,so also has carried on the concrete analysis,through the relevant unit,the proportion of the rule of law consciousness cultivation in new teaching material content increased,according to these analysis,is helpful for teachers in developing students' consciousness of rule of law,teachers in teaching the relevant content to keep pace with The Times.Again,according to the interpretation of ministry of education to the new teaching material,are analyzed,and also analysis the teaching material compilation basis,background,etc.,provide teachers with some analysis of teaching material,the use of teaching materials.This is helpful for teachers to improve the cultivation of the rule of law in junior high school students.Provides some using teaching material and teaching material analysis method,we still understand junior high school teachers in teaching morality and the rule of law in our country there is a teaching method and teaching concept,how to use various teaching methods,how to keep the teaching idea to keep pace with The Times,is worthy of our thought.Finally,the junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of "00" after the legal education and moral education should be paid attention to students' consciousness of rule of law,the combination of teachers' guide and students self education,classroom education with social practice,combining the rule of law consciousness cultivation and regulate the behavior of students,so as to strengthen the function of junior middle school moral and law education,promote the moral lesson and the rule of "00" after the cultivation of the consciousness of rule of law in junior high school students.
