With the continuous advancement of basic education reform,middle school education pays more attention to the improvement of students' capabilities and emphasizes the all-round development of students.As a comprehensive and active subject,junior high school ethics and rule of law requires students not only to master basic theoretical knowledge through learning,but also to apply the knowledge they have learned to life,and to analyze objectively and correctly solve life.The problems encountered improve the ability to distinguish right from wrong and form a good moral character.However,in the teaching practice of ethics and rule of law in junior high school,how to take a good class is a problem that every teacher of ethics and rule of law must face and solve.The teaching method of junior high school moral and rule of law curriculum is based on the problem,which transforms theoretical knowledge into specific problems,by creating problem situations,it guides students to discover problems in experience and perception,analyzes problems in cooperation and communication,and solves problems in independent inquiry.In the process,students 'ability to distinguish right from wrong and solve problems is promoted,and students' comprehensive development in terms of knowledge,ability,and emotional attitude and values ??is promoted.The article mainly adopts the literature research method,classroom observation method,questionnaire method and interview method.Based on the analysis of the current problem teaching method applied to the teaching status of junior middle school moral and rule of law courses,it proposes the improvement strategy of the problem teaching method applied to the junior middle school moral and rule of law class,it mainly including the following four parts:The first part of the text mainly elaborates the relevant theories of junior high school moral and law teaching methods.Firstly,it expounds the meaning of the problem-based teaching method and the problem-based teaching method of ethics and the rule of law in junior high school.On this basis,it further expounds the characteristics,theoretical basis and application significance of the method of problem-based pedagogy in ethics and the rule of law in junior high school.The second part,combined with the internship experience,mainly expounds the status quo of the application of the problem-based teaching method to ethics and rule of law in junior high schools.It mainly uses questionnaire surveys,teacher interviews,and classroom observations.It takes L County D Middle School as the research object to understand the status quo of problem-based teaching methods applied to ethics and rule of law in junior high schools.Based on the analysis of relevant data,the effectiveness and problems of pedagogy applied to junior high school morality and rule of law are summarized,and the causes of the problems are further analyzed according to the existing problems.The third part mainly expounds the improvement strategies of applying the problem-based teaching method to junior middle school morals and rule of law.Based on the problems found in the investigation and research,an improved strategy was proposed from the three aspects of teachers,students,and the evaluation system to promote the further development of junior high school moral and law issues teaching.The fourth part takes the course of “Let the Tree of Friendship Evergreen” as an example,presents the specific application of the problem teaching method in the junior middle school moral and rule of law course,and further reflects on how to improve the application effect of the problem teaching method in the moral and rule of law course.
