According to the standards of compulsory education curriculum,and to the need of basic education curriculum reform,China's education now emphasizes that the teaching should be student-based,student-involved,and student-developed.To respond the requirements of basic education curriculum reform,it is necessary to update the teaching program.Learning plan is a kind of teaching model,which is a result after researching on the traditional study plan and the guide study plan.In this study,methods of document analysis,research survey,teacher interview would be used.Based on the application status of learning plan,and the effects on students' learning achievement,learning capability and learning attitude,the advantages and disadvantages of learning plan would be discussed,and the suggestion to improve the Mathematic teaching in junior middle school would be advanced.The author took 300 students of 2017 grade from 4 classes in a middle school of Tianshui as the objects of investigation.By questionnaire,teacher interview,results analysis and looking up students' math enter scores and final score of 2016 and 2017 grade,it comes to the conclusion as follows:The advantages of applying learning plan:1.It improve the students' learning achievement in certain extent.2.It improve the students' attention in class and initiative in learning.Also,they master the knowledge better in class,and rather willing to solve problems and finish the homework after class.3.It improve the atmosphere of class obviously.The teachers' lecture time is shortened,so that the students are allowed to think,explore and discover on their own initiative more.The shortcomings of applying learning plan: teachers and students haven't make full use of the learning plan,which is not conducive to maximizing the advantages of the learning plan.There are still some problems in the design of the learning plan.The suggestions to improve the design of learning plan in junior middle school mathematics teaching:1.The teacher should pay more attention to the accuracy,abservability,measurability and evaluability of the learning goal.2.The teacher should have a better understanding of the requirements of curriculum standands,and the balance between textbook and learning plan.
