In this paper, related theories of pedagogy and teaching were integrated with math teaching practice in junior school to change the traditional math teaching mode of'lecturing'in junior school. However, at present, traditional teaching mode still dominates in junior school math teaching. And due to the emphasis on enrollment quotas to senior schools, the exam-oriented education is emphasized while quality-oriented education is ignored. Traditional teaching method is mainly about teaching and practicing, only centering on teachers'teaching while neglecting students'learning. However, the teaching mode of'leaning instructed by learning plan'is students-focused. Its core value lies in'learning plan'integrating with'instructing learning'which requires teachers considers not only how to teach but also how students learn in teaching process. Based on new pedagogical theories, how to improve students autonomous math learning ability through'Guide Teaching with Learning Plan'in math teaching in junior school is studied in this paper. Thus the class effectiveness can be improved. This study centers on how to compile papers and how to cultivate an autonomous learning habit through the teaching mode of'Guide Teaching with Learning Plan'gradually. As a result, students'autonomous learning ability can be improved and their subjectivity, autonomy and independency can be sublimated in essence. Moreover, class teaching can be really effective.This study was conducted mainly in experimental research and with literature review, investigation and observation as supplements. The teaching mode of'Guide Teaching with Learning Plan'was studied comprehensively and systematically.The author has been teaching for more than one year and has collected first-hand materials. A relatively feasible conclusion was drawn through analyzing the first-hand data.'Guide Teaching with Learning Plan'is a feasible teaching mode which needs further study and experiment. It really changed the center status of teacher lecturing in traditional teaching and the status quo of students accepting knowledge passively. It was beneficial and facilitating for improving students learning methods and strategies, learning and consolidating knowledge and increasing their learning autonomy. After a period of the teaching mode of'Guide Teaching with Learning Plan', students have gained a positive emotional experience in learning process and their abilities in autonomous learning and inquiring, math practice and the awareness of inquiry have been improved. Moreover, class effectiveness was really put into practice. The teaching quality has been enhanced. Finally, the application of the teaching mode of'Guide Teaching with Learning Plan'has deepen the interaction and communication between the teacher and the students and that among students. Definifely any teaching mode has its own disadvantages under specific education environment which need to be further studied and improved.
