In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to the development of education.After the popularization of nine-year compulsory education,the focus of work has gradually shifted to the level of preschool special education,which has brought hope to the teaching of special children in orphanages.Due to the short time of implementing preschool special education in orphanages in our country,management systems and funds have not been able to obtain institutional establishment standards,which has affected the speed of improving the quality of teaching.In order to further improve the current situation of preschool special education in orphanages,this article will select a welfare institution in Nanchang with rich founding experience as the research object,and use questionnaire survey method and case interview method to propose the current situation and countermeasures of preschool special education in Nanchang city.First of all,by consulting the literature,this paper selects four key research questions: preschool special education configuration,welfare of children in physical and mental health,institutional teacher allocation,and social assistance.Secondly,we take a welfare institution in Nanchang as a survey object to investigate and analyze the current situation of preschool special education in the welfare institution,and explore the existing problems,and classify it as insufficient teaching allocation,imbalanced physical and mental development of preschool special education children,and institutions.There are four problems of insufficient preschool education teachers and weak social support.Finally,by reviewing the literature and collecting relevant textual information,summarizing the preschool special education work experience of welfare homes that have been operating successfully at home and abroad as the main basis for the development of preschool special education strategies,combined with the actual operation of a welfare home in Nanchang,Propose solutions to the problems of each survey index.Through the research in this article,not only can we improve the configuration of preschool special education,help children in welfare institutions grow up physically and mentally,and improve their learning ability,but also change the teacher's concept,make teachers face up to the job,and clarify job responsibilities.By strengthening the social appeal for preschool special education for child welfare institutions,we will use social support to promote the development of preschool special education.
