| Education is the foundation of the country,teachers are the soul of education,the development of education deeply depends on the development of teachers.As the main components in national education system,special education because of its particularity,diversity of teaching object,not only need to be more tilted policy support,especially the teacher resources for education resources more strict standards and requirements are put forward.Special education in national regions has become the key points and difficulties in the national education,is restricted by the natural environment and social economic development level,special education teachers in ethnic minority areas will directly determine the overall development trend of special education career and education results.Now the social from all walks of life attention of special education in ethnic areas is far from enough,all sorts of problems can lead to the development of special education career on hold very good solve.Selection based on the Tibet autonomous region,special education school in Lhasa as the research object,the literature material law,investigation method as the main research methods,integrity of the selected school teachers carried out the investigation,analyzed the current main problems of special education school teachers in Tibet and limitations,and based on the regional situation and the actual demand,puts forward the beneficial to special-education schools countermeasures and Suggestions for the construction of teaching staff in Tibet.The main body of this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which is mainly about the problem,research purpose,research significance,research methods,research innovation and shortage,and research review at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly defines the relevant concepts of this study and summarizes the theoretical basis of this study,including the theory of defect compensation,the theory of educational equity and the theory of teacher professional development.The third chapter is the survey results and statistical analysis of this paper,including the simple development of the school and the descriptive statistical analysis on the basic situation,professional development,career development and scientific research of special education teachers.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the main problems,pointing out that the teacher supply and demand contradiction in xizang special education teachers.High job satisfaction and obvious job burnout;Teachers’ professional degree is not high;Problems such as disconnection between pre-job and post-job training and actual needs.The fifth chapter mainly based on the above problems,combined with the theoretical basis,based on the actual situation of the development of this region,some specific Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from the three dimensions of system level,school level and social level. |
