Study On Attention Types And Attention Quality Characteristics Of Volleyball Referees In Henan Province

The rapid development of modern volleyball not only requires athletes to have good attention,but also requires referees to have good attention method and high attention quality,so as to make correct judgement on each ball quickly and effectively,and make accurate penalties.Since the 1970 s,some sports psychology experts and scholars have begun to carry out applied research on the attention of sports.The study of the quality of athletes' attention is more abundant but research on the attention of referees is slightly inadequate,and the study of volleyball referees' attention quality is very few.Through quantitative study of the type of attention and quality of attention of volleyball referees in Henan Province,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the development of referees' attention types and attention quality under the influence of different genders,referee levels,ages and years of refereeing,and clarifies the characteristics and relationships of the attention types and quality of the volleyball referees in Henan Province.Putting forward countermeasures to improve the young referees' attention,this paqper provides some reference for the psychological selection and training of volleyball referees in Henan Province and has a catalytic and practical significance for the improvement of the level of volleyball referees in Henan Province and the development of referees.In this paper,130 volleyball referees of different grades in Henan Province are the subjects of the survey,and the main research methods of literature,psychological measurement,mathematical statistics,etc.are used,and the scale and attention test of attention behavior type test are used.The paper quantitatively studies the types of attention and quality of attention of volleyball referees at different levels,using two scales of Attention and Types of Interpersonal Behavior Test and Attention Test,and arrives at the results of the study:1.The overall characteristics of the type of volleyball referees' attention in Henan Province are the broad external attention,the broad internal attention and the centralized attention,which the volleyball referees' ability to adapt to the environment,organize analysis and resist interference.The main factors affecting the type of attention are physiological conditions,and environmental factors have less influence on the type of attention.2.There are significant differences between volleyball referees at different levels in BET,OET and NAR in Henan Province,and the gender difference of the type of attention is not obvious,and the influence of age and length of judgment on the type of attention is reflected in BET and OET.3.Broad external attention,broad internal attention and centralized attention are effective attention type,and interference outside attention,interference internal attention and narrow attention are the inefficient type of attention.Different types of attention of the volleyball referees attention quality are different.4.The quality of volleyball referees in Henan Province shows differences under the influence of gender,referee level age,and other factors,and the referees of different genders,levels,ages and years of judgment also show different qualities in terms of attention distribution,attention breadth,stability and attention transfer.5.Age is positively correlated with the number of years of referring and the levels of referees.The national second-level referees are young and the length of their refereeing is short,but their ability to transfer attention is strong;Referees at national level show high quality in other three aspects;female referees are superior to male referees in attention distribution and attention transfer but in terms of attention span and attention stability,female referees are not as good as male referees.6.BET is positively correlated with attention breadth and attention stability;OET is negatively correlated with attention stability;BIT is positively correlated with attention distribution ability;the relationship between OIT,NAR and attention quality dimensions is not significant;RED is negatively linearly correlated with attention breadth.
