Experimental Study Of Attention Training To The Students Of Physical Education Specialty Volleyball Referee Capacity

Presently, the college physical education specialty students’ volleyball referee business level is generally low and the law enforcement ability is poor. This article will use the attention training to cultivate of referee and improvement of business level. Through usual targeted training in aspects of attention of physical education specialty students to make them more focused on competition, more clearly about behavior and more accurate grasp of the game. Thus, through the simulation and expert evaluation to test the level of judges, and evaluate the experimental group which participate in attention training, statistic and summary the penalty attention condition, erroneous judgment and missed judgment condition in the match. Summarize the attention characteristics of referee in judging, through repeated and targeted training to improve the accuracy and instantaneous velocity in penalty, thereby improving the law enforcement level of students of physical education specialty volleyball referee.This paper adopts the experimental method, the literature data method, the expert interviews method, the mathematical statistics method and the observation method to study the students of physical education specialty in Jiangxi Science&Technology Normal University, national volleyball judges in Jiangxi province, referees at the national level as the object. Three experiments:test on relationship between volleyball referees attention types and performance; test on attention level of different levels of volleyball referees; test on volleyball referees attention training. Conclusions:Attention training of volleyball referee has great influence on law enforcement level; The stability of attention, attention span, allocation of attention and shifting of attention ability of the physical education specialty volleyball referee has improved after training; After targeted attention training, volleyball referees’ attention of the tracking ability increases somewhat, penalty accuracy improved both on line ball and near the mouth of the net ball, and the level of referees law enforcement improved either; Attention quality have apparent difference among different levels of volleyball referee, attention training can improve the attention level and judging ability of students of physical education specialty volleyball referees; The overall level of students of physical education specialty volleyball referees is low, the main reasons include:the learning time of volleyball referee theory is short, the referee theory knowledge is not solid; the game experience is less, the on-the-spot judging ability is not enough; the referee assessment system and assessment standard are not perfect.
