The object teachers have to face in school teaching are a group of teenagers with unlimitedpotential, vitality and a sensitive soul. Therefore, the teachers' work is closely related to the spiritand soul of a human, which makes teachers are not only the transfer of knowledge, but also thelife mentor for the formation of a student's character and personality. In or outside the classroominstruction, teachers pay attention to students through their verbal and nonverbal expression.Furthermore, the attention degree, directly or indirectly, which teachers give to students willmore or less influence their learning emotions and state. To a certain extent, that would bring animpact on the transformation of student's learning achievement.Teacher's attention is the degree of concern that the teachers give to each student throughtheir verbal expressing, mainly referring to the oral speech, and the non-verbal expressing,mainly including the Body Language. In the study, the "degree" of teachers' attention won't bedefined in a quantitative requirement, but an abstract concept. At the same time, unlike the words"concern" and "care" containing a value deviation, the word "attention" is more capable ofbringing its own neutrality, and by its nature, it can be classified into positive and negative ones.Of course, due to the size of teacher's attention, the nature orientation, as well as student'sindividual differences, the Student's achievement will show a different tendency oftransformation. The focus of teachers concerning about students is based on the peoplethemselves, human dignity, value, moral character and the meaning of life, which will affectstudents' academic performance. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct the research anddiscussion on the degree of teacher's attention to students in many aspects, such as improving theteachers' teaching quality, coordinating the relationship between teachers and students,promoting the study and the harmonious development of student's body and mind.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part has provided the cause of the problem, themeaning and purpose about the research. Of course, it has also defined those core concepts,combed the existing literature and introduced the methods the research has adopted. From thesecond to the fourth part, three phenomena originating in the transitions of students' learningachievement, which are caused by the attention degree the teachers give to students, have beenstudied and explored. And the first phenomenon is the bottom-up breakthrough, the second is the top-down change and the last is excellent and better leap about student's learning achievement.The fifth part has provided some strategies and suggestions on the cultivation and utilization ofthe teacher's attention degree from three aspects, including the change of teacher's teaching ideas,the cultivation and improvement of the teacher's teaching art and their personality charm.
