league and expand the influence of the league for the purpose,so as to enrich the campus cultural life of college students basketball competition activities.As of November 2018,Henan University Basketball League has successfully held 26 sessions,and the competition system of the league is also being reformed step by step with the deepening of the competition,towards the direction of continuous rational,continuous improvement and continuous standardization.In particular,the implementation of the 2016 league to implement the four main away game system,its implementation for Henan current competition system and make it more match the current situation of college basketball in Henan Province has become a problem to be studied.This research combines the competition,education,management and other related disciplines,taking the reform of "huaguang" sports basketball league competition system of college students in Henan Province as the research object,through the use of literature,investigation,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,to analyze the reform process,reform content,reform reasons and the advantages and disadvantages of the current competition system of "huaguang" sports basketball league competition system in Henan Province,to find out the universal problems existing in the actual application of the current competition system,to reveal the root causes of the problems and the key factors affecting the development of the competition system,and to put forward countermeasures to further improve the development of the Henan University The competition system of basketball league matches makes it adapt to the reality of colleges and universities in Henan Province,and promotes the rapid and good development of the league.Through careful study,the following conclusions are drawn:The development of the competition system in Henan University Basketball League is divided into three stages.The competition system in each stage is becoming mature and stable.The competition schedule,the number of participating schools and the number of participating teams are increasing year by year.The current competition system of college students' basketball league in Henan Province is gradually maturing,but the following problems still exist in the implementation of the current competition system.First of all,in the number of teams participating in the competition,the number of each team match,match funds,student players and coaches training subsidies need to be improved;secondly,the definition of athletes' qualifications,competition period and four-strong competition rules are not perfect.There are two ways to invest in the event,mainly from the administrative allocation,followed by the sponsorship of sponsors.At present,these expenses are only enough for the basic expenses of the competition,and the serious shortage of funds directly affects the continued reform of the competition system,thus affecting the healthy development of the competition.Fair play is the first thing to ensure in all competitions.The fairness of the competition has attracted the attention of colleges and universities,among which the selection of referees,the definition of athletes' qualifications and the competition methods between public and private schools are controversial.As the fresh blood of the league,the trial of the four-strong competition has played a good effect,increased the enthusiasm of each university to participate in the competition,the initiative of training,effectively improved the sports atmosphere of each undertaking college,enriched the campus cultural life.However,the current four-strong competition system is not comprehensive and stable,how to follow-up development has become the key to the problem.The wonderful competition can attract the audience's attention more,thus expands the event influence,increases the sponsor sponsorship strength.But at present,the overall competitive level of Henan University Basketball League is general,the skill of players' mutual cooperation is low,too much physical contact and fierce confrontation lead to less scores of each team,which directly affects the appreciation of the game.
