With the continuous development of society,as of November 1,2010,the total number of children aged 0-17 in China is 27.891 million.Among them, the number of migrant children has reached 35.81 million. There are 13 migrant children in every 100 children, and their healthy growth has gradually become a topic of widespread concern.Because of the influence of the new environment,it is difficult for migrant teenagers to integrate in a short period of time, which requires improving their interpersonal skills to help them cope with and solve the problems brought by the new environment.Based on the study of interpersonal skills of mobile youth at home and abroad, combined with the experience of internship in Wuhan W community, according to the specific situation of mobile youth interpersonal skills in W community, this paper designs a group activity with the theme "with you".Firstly,100 adolescents were randomly selected from W community, and 93 adolescents aged 12-17 were tested for their interpersonal competence. The overall level of interpersonal competence of mobile adolescents in W community was obtained,as well as the overall level of four dimensions: active communication ability,self-expression ability, emotional management ability and emotional support ability.Secondly, through the analysis,it is concluded that the mobile adolescents have some problems, such as weak expressive ability, lack of emotional support, relatively weak emotional management, and lack of self-confidence.Thirdly,through the above needs analysis, targeted design group activities have been carried out,and corresponding interventions have been taken to improve the interpersonal communication ability of mobile adolescents,so as to enhance the interpersonal communication ability of mobile adolescents. Then, based on the previous questionnaire survey and interviews,10 migrant adolescents with low interpersonal skills were selected as service objects.Based on social learning theory and dominance perspective theory, group work intervention method was used to carry out activities from the above four dimensions. Finally, conclusions were drawn through group process evaluation and effect evaluation. The conclusion shows that the interpersonal skills of the clients have been significantly improved and the group goals have been basically achieved. The results show that mobile adolescents have improved in active communication ability,self-expression ability, emotional management ability and emotional support ability by using group work method.Through the development of group activities and research and analysis,in order to improve the interpersonal communication ability of mobile adolescents, this paper puts forward four suggestions: first, correct understanding of interpersonal outlook;second, explore their own advantages to enhance self-confidence;third,strengthen the use of interpersonal communication skills;fourth, expand and strengthen peer group interaction circle. The innovation of this paper is how to improve the interpersonal communication ability of mobile adolescents. Most previous studies have analyzed the family and School of mobile adolescents. This paper mainly refines the interpersonal communication ability of mobile adolescents. However, the deficiency of this study is that the sample number of interviews and surveys is limited,so the data processing and application are not comprehensive. In addition, mobile adolescents who are willing to participate in group activities may have some characteristics that make them more likely to improve their interpersonal skills. So what suggestions should be put forward for the rest is a point worth thinking about in this paper.
