In the 1980 s,China began to study as the main form of special education for the disabled,and began the development of integrated education.Higher education for the disabled is an important part of higher education in China,and visually impaired education is an important branch of higher education for the disabled.Visually impaired college students entering higher education face not only the challenges of teaching mode and barrier-free environment,but also the interpersonal relationship.However,the government,schools,and families tend to focus on the improvement of external hard conditions,while ignoring the cultivation of the inherent soft power of visually impaired students.Social work is a service-oriented work that helps people to help themselves.The social work group is a collective team treatment method with the participation of social workers.Visually impaired college students are a group of college students who need to be concerned about the disadvantaged groups.This study reviews the past literatures,interpersonal relationship problems and college students with visual impairments,using participatory observations,semi-structured interviews and scales.The method of investigation summarizes the status quo and needs of interpersonal relationship of visually impaired college students.Based on the characteristics of the visually impaired college students and their actual needs,guided by the theory of empowerment and social learning,and based on the values of people-oriented and self-help in social work,the group work plan was designed in a targeted manner,and eight group activities were carried out.It mainly focuses on the four dimensions of interpersonal relationship,namely,conversation,interpersonal friendship,dealing with people,and heterosexual interaction.Through the intervention of the researcher’s group work for more than 60 days,the thesis draws the following conclusions: First,the problem of interpersonal relationship problems of college students with visual impairment is severe and needs to be paid attention to.Secondly,the group work method is involved in the interpersonal relationship problem of college students with visual impairment.The improvement of each dimension and its dimensions are obvious.After the intervention of the group,the study conducted a comprehensive evaluation from the aspects of process,effectiveness and tracking,and dialectically analyzed the flashing points and shortcomings of the group’s activities.Throughout the full text,the researchers hope to further summarize and suggest the current needs of the University of Shanghai N University Visually Impaired University,the group work content plan,the evaluation method and the social work professional perspective,in order to better serve the group.Help its purpose for comprehensive and comprehensive development.
