Work stress can produce both positive effect,and also can produce negative effect,when smaller or larger work stress,it will become the resistance of individual and organizational development.Only when the stress is in the best range to make the "pressure as motive" promote the development of individuals and organizations,We should keep the working stress in the best range.Teachers as a member of the school organization,working stress is a problem that involves teachers' personal and school organizations,this is due to the interaction between various pressure source,it is not just an individual problem,sometimes it is difficult to separate with individual teacher solve,individual teacher stress relief also need the school organization to take action to provide organizational support,it is the individual teacher in the struggle against the pressure of a kind of effective resources,and is an intermediary for teachers to relieve pressure,it has the regulation of "slow transformer" effect,it can help teachers find active problem solving strategy or cognitive reconstruction,so that the teachers from the negative influence of negative pressure.First of all,a preliminary survey was conducted on the work pressure of teachers in northwest F primary school to demonstrate the representativeness and feasibility of the school as a case study.After that,relevant literature on the work pressure of teachers and organizational support was sorted out to understand the research status of relevant materials.Secondly,through questionnaire investigation,interview,observation and other research methods,summarizes the status quo of the school teachers' work stress,in general,the working stress of teachers is above the average level in this school,but in the education teaching reform,students and social problems and school management dimension,the working pressure of teachers is far beyond the theoretical median.Work pressure not only seriously affects the physical and mental health of teachers,but also affects the healthy development of teachers' career.Thirdly,through interview and observation,this paper analyzes the realistic situation of school organization support.F primary school provides various supports for relieving teachers' work pressure,such as creating good working conditions,seting up the system of teachers' collective lesson preparation,etc.but there is also support does not reach the designated position phenomenon,This paper mainly analyzes the insufficient support of school organizations in alleviating teachers' stress,the absence of organizational support is mainly manifested in three aspects:insufficient material resources,inadequate management system and inadequate cultural atmosphere.For your information,the teacher stress relief way has both personal and organizational means.I'm not going to talk about the personal path here,of course,it is not to ignore the effectiveness of individual approaches,but to think that the subjective aspects of teachers are difficult to control,However,the organizational level of school is relatively stable and most controllable,so it focuses on the construction and analysis of the organizational level of school.Finally,based on the actual situation of organizational support,the author put forward the organizational support strategies to adjust the working pressure of teachers.First,the school organization should improve material support to meet the reasonable needs of teachers.Second,it should enhance institutional support and establish a democratic management system.Third,teachers should enhance school cultural support and create a harmonious campus atmosphere.In a word,it is hoped that through the efforts of school organizations,primary school teachers can be provided with as much support as possible,so that their physical and mental stress can be alleviated.
