| With the progress and development of the society,China has made great achievements in postgraduate education,which has provided a large number of excellent talents for the national construction.However,in the process of postgraduate training,there are also problems that cannot be underestimated.The contradiction between the increasing number of postgraduate students and their training quality is a major problem in the development of postgraduate students.The quality of postgraduate dissertations has seriously declined,which has aroused widespread concern in the society.The topic selection is the first step of the dissertation writing.Through consulting materials,it is found that the topic selection quality of the current master of sport dissertation is not high on the whole,and most of the postgraduates do not know how to choose the topic selection that conforms to the training objectives of the master of sport.It is urgent to improve the quality of the topic selection of the master's degree thesis in physical education.This study master's degree thesis aimed to henan province sports influence factors as the research object,using literature method,this research provides the theoretical foundation,with four master of sports training units in henan province level 2016 levels of 2017 and 2018 sports master graduate student as investigation object,,and using the simple Delphi method to select index of factors influencing the dissertation topic modified screening,to determine a realized the paper selected topic influence factors,using interview method and questionnaire investigation,and USES the type R factor analysis to identify and classify the influence factors of henan province sports master's degree thesis aimed,analysis the following conclusions:1.There are many factors influencing the selection of topics for master's degree theses of physical education in Henan Province,including the factors of training units,their own scientific research,tutors,society and their own interests.2.Among the factors influencing the training unit are the educational practice of the master of Physical Education,the investment of the school's scientific research funds,the development of the academic activities of the school,the curriculum of the school,the teaching level of the teachers of the school and the years of the school's training.The research investment of training units is relatively small,the frequency of academic activities is low,and the curriculum setting is unreasonable,which cannot meet the needs of current PE postgraduate students3.Among the influencing factors of my own scientific research,I have mastered the research methods,the level of scientific research innovation ability,the expectation of research results and the mastery of professional knowledge.The investigation shows that the master of physical education students' research methods and professional knowledge are not solid,the overall ability of scientific research and innovation is poor,and the expectation of their own research results is low.4.Among the influencing factors for the tutor are the research direction of the tutor,the tutor's usual guidance,the tutor's academic level and the tutor's expectation for the paper.Most graduate students take their tutor's research direction into consideration when they choose a topic and cannot do without tutor's guidance.However,most of the graduate students have a low frequency of communication with their supervisors before the opening report.5.Among the social factors,there are national sports policy orientation,social sports cultural atmosphere and social sports hotspots.A good sports cultural atmosphere can broaden horizons and provide ideas for topic selection.National sports policy orientation is the best indicator for the topic selection of master of Sports students,but most master of sports students pay less attention to sports research hotspots.6.I have my own research interest,major in special subject,and study experience in this subject.Their own research interest is the main factor considered by graduate students when choosing topics,which further promotes the smooth development of research work.When choosing topics,most students choose topics related to their own major.According to the conclusion,the following Suggestions are put forward:1.Training units should strictly require educational practice so that graduate students can find problems in practice.The school attaches great importance to the development of academic activities and curriculum,improves the teaching level of the teachers,encourages the teachers to improve their academic qualifications,and increases the investment in graduate research funds,so as to reduce the influence factors of the topic selection.2.Master of physical education students should take the initiative to learn,master the necessary research methods,actively participate in the research of the subject,increase their knowledge,broaden their horizons,and pay attention to the accumulation of professional knowledge.Actively cultivate their own research interests and improve their own special skills.We should set some goals for ourselves,improve expectations,strictly require ourselves,improve our knowledge accumulation,and lay the foundation for choosing a good thesis topic.3.Postgraduate tutors should pay attention to the guidance of students at ordinary times,strictly require students,usually set some learning tasks,and timely communicate with students when finding some academic problems of students.We should expect students' research achievements,cultivate students' scientific research awareness and innovation ability,improve their academic level,and improve the selection quality of Graduate Dissertation.4.Master of physical education students should pay more attention to the sports policy guidance issued by the state,understand the hot spots of sports research,participate in the development of sports activities in the society,seriously consider the national sports policy guidance,and look for the appropriate thesis topics. |
