Research On The Evolution Law And Guiding Mechanism Of Public Opinion On Educational Network

In recent years,China's educational undertakings have developed rapidly,and there have been frequent incidents of major educational public opinion.The education network public opinion event has a far-reaching impact,involves a special group of people,and is likely to cause a chain reaction.The use and popularization of the Internet have provided convenience for the public to express opinions and attitudes through the network after the education network public opinion event occurred.In this paper,70 typical education network public opinion events in the past three years are used as research samples,and literature analysis,case analysis,and statistical analysis are used to collect and analyze materials to analyze the evolution of China's education network public opinion.Based on the analysis of the evolutionary laws of the public opinion of the education network at various stages,corresponding guidance mechanisms are proposed.The article summarizes the education network public opinion events that occurred in 2017-2019 and summarizes the relevant research to get a detailed classification and characteristics of the education network public opinion.Combining the academic circles' stage division of online public opinion,this paper divides the evolutionary stage of educational network public opinion into occurrence period,diffusion period and regression period.The focus of this study is on the evolution of public opinion in education networks.The occurrence of public opinion in education networks includes temporal and spatial distribution and channels;the diffusion law of public opinion in education networks is based on the time distribution and diffusion path of public opinion in education networks;The law of the decline of public opinion mainly includes the spontaneous decline of cyclical education network public opinion and the replacement of the sudden education network public opinion mainly of positive education network public opinion,and the controlled regression of negative education network public opinion.On the basis of a detailed explanation of each stage of the evolution of the public opinion of the education network,a corresponding guidance mechanism is proposed.Based on the occurrence of the public opinion of the education network,a mechanism for publicizing information in a timely manner,a multimedia multi-platform linkage mechanism,and a periodic education network public opinion High-risk areas conduct public opinion early warning;during the diffusion period of public opinion in the educationnetwork,it is necessary to make good use of the power of netizens to regulate and control public opinion and time control,play the role of "opinion leader",optimize the diffusion path of public opinion,and conduct Reporting and publicity-based benign guidance;during the decline of public opinion on the education network,we must increase the monitoring of public opinion on the education network,prevent repeated public opinion,build a mechanism to eliminate public opinion influence,reshape the credibility of the education sector,build a review mechanism to improve public opinion,and improve public opinion handling ability.
